One Fresh Meal

I had lost the track of One Fresh Meal fantastic soups since this partnership in business and in life (husband native from Chile, wife from the US) stopped showing up at the Scripps Farmers Market (where I used to go and get my lentil soup from them in previous winter times). So I was so glad to reconnect again in the Little Italy mercato of Saturdays and see that the soups are now welcoming the always delicious salads. Soups and salads organic and vegetarian. This is the perfect compliment to your food trucks or your paninis and crepes. It can seem unusual to want to have a soup while strolling a market, but for me it works. I eat it on the spot, feel full and healthy and spend almost nothing. Looking forward the summer Spanish gazpacho… just don’t get too close to me, I love it loaded of garlic:)
