I wanted to provide an update on my previous review. After about a month or two of going back and forth, filling out an insurance claim form and trying to reach them to see if they had found my coat or if the claim had come through, Brian (the owner), finally called me back and said he could pay me $ 50 for my coat. After the nightmare I had gone through and the complete waste of my time with this place, I accepted as I was ready to be done with the entire issue. He wouldn’t allow me to keep my original receipt for the cleaning and I took the money and was looking forward to never having to deal with them again. Now, after months have gone by, this place is calling me arguing with me about taking down my Unilocal review. I informed them that I was leaving it up, as I was still very unhappy that they lost such an expensive item, and didn’t reimburse me close to what it was worth and it was a huge hassle. Lost items also seems to be common when you read the other reviews for this place and the cleaner that they ship items out to. I am going to have to block their number since they won’t leave me alone.

I honestly don’t understand all the bad remarks for this place. All of my garnets are very expensive I come in here to get a lot of my dresses hemmed, and he does an amazing job, and he works hard to get things done last minute for me. I fully recommend his tailoring! And great customer service very friendly and always happy!

Brian is a master at his craft as he has customized numerous clothing items for me to near perfection. He did bleach one of my white dress shirts with black trim, however I did not notify him that the black was there so it was partially my fault as well and he is a little steep on price, however if you are a repeat customer then there is some wiggle room. Doesn’t hurt to try him out as most of the negative reviews are exceptions to the rule. (if you think about it usually only people w/​negative situations will write something and satisfied customers will keep frequenting his shop). Cheers!

I love this place! I live down the street and Brian the owner is already happy and smiling, always has my dry cleaning ready when he says and the price is great not expensive at all. Love going there

No star is even to good for this place. Drop of a pair of pants and two shirts suppose to be ready Saturday, go back Saturday he called his wife to get them (from where I’m not sure) asked me to come back 4 hours later I go back again his wife tells me HE just went to get them come back in 10 mins. Go up the street to the other cleaners DO NOT go here!

WORST dry cleaners ever!!! Twice I have gone there and they lost my laundry… I had watch the wheel go around for my laundry. When they finally found it, one of the silk shirts had holes on both sides and they proceeded to tell me I made the holes?!? When I brought them in there were NO holes. Trust me… worst experience!
