I had Mark and his guys put in a whole house full of upgraded carpet in my place recently. They did a great job. Thanks guys!

Do not use Palomar Flooring!
Imagine this: You work for weeks boxing-​up everything in your home, then you move everything out onto the patio and garage. Mark says that his man Chuey will be by on Saturday at 9 am to do your floors. The day before he calls to say it will be more like 11 am, but guess what, Chuey NEVER SHOWS UP!!!
I’m calling both Mark and Chuey throughout the day, but THEY DO NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS. And because it’s Saturday the office is closed, and on Monday NO ONE CONTACTS YOU TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED.
This is not a professional business, so if you like dealing with flakes this is a good place for you.

I have been using Mark and April at Palomar for many years. They always bend over backwards to get my projects done on time, and I can’t remember when I have ever been disappointed. Great service, great prices, cool people. Mark will bring you samples, give you price options and he can beat the big box stores hands down.
