their was a fingernail in the chow mein i use to come here all the time but f that. i’m livid!!! i wish i could give them 0 stars! They gave us our money back and more food. Sad because I think the workers here are nice. But it’s just unsanitary.

I give them one cuz this app doesn’t allow us to put 0. What to say… This is supposed to be a fast food place. Where waiting shouldn’t even exist. I went there today. I waited 15 min for my terryiaki to come out, when they said it should take 4 minutes. I was close to leave and ask my money back . So I thought that maybe in term of customer service they would at least give me a bigger portion or ask me if I wanted something for wait. But nothing ! I’m wondering what kind of management there is. How come the cook are that slow. It will the last time at that location ! So lame

I don’t even know how to start this, I went in there for orange chicken and brown rice, got my food sat at table notice the chicken was hard and no flavor like it’s been sitting there for a while, I asked for new batch, when I gave her my old plate back she put the plate I just return in with new one mix together(remember I had a few pcs) that’s completely unsanitary I was so shocked! Never come to this location!!! there staff needs food handlers cards!

This was my first visit to this location. It had just opened for the day and was not busy at all. The dining area was very clean(as it should be if you are just opening) and behind the counter was neat and organized. Not all the food choices were prepared but two of my favorites were ready to order. I ordered the two item plate: orange chicken and the beef and broccoli with a mix or noodles and fried rice($ 6.80). The orange chicken was tender but with the beef and broccoli I received more broccoli than beef. The noodles and rice were good. They have a long food counter and I counted about 14 – 16 food trays so I am interested in what other choices they offer. There is also a self serve soda station and the cashier/server was friendly and courteous.

They’re really stingy with the food. I asked for a bowl and the lady only filled it a little half way. I got chow mien and beef broccli, there was only a little meat and few broccli.

I had the best experience today. Its pouring rain and me and my two young daughters stopped by to pick up a quick bite to eat. The manager(i cant remember her name) came to me, let me sit down with my young girls(one who is in an infant carrier) took my order at the table, brought me the food and utensils and offered to help me out to my car. I’ve never been so pleased at a panda express. But today, the managers actions showed she truely cares about her customers. And all the other staff were very polite and great customer service all around!

Very poor service! Waited in line 15 minutes. One person running the line. At dinner time. 10 people behind me also waiting. Walnut shrimp $ 1.25 extra for 4 shrimp. Does corporate know this? Second item, sweet chicken. Not ready! More time waiting while my 4 shrimp get cold. Got chicken but it was over cooked and very crispy. They recooked new chicken. More time waiting. Young lady behind counter very nice and apologetic. Store manager non responsive. Good news is I won’t have to worry about eating to fast. I hear eating fast is bad for you. Never a problem at other locations. If you got time to burn and enjoy doing that than this is the place for you. Still no chicken!!! I’m out of here. Lost my appetite. I guess I’ll eat dinner later.

Rudest manager ever at this location. I feel bad for the helpful workers here, but I feel that’s usually how it goes. If you can, I’d suggest going to the PE location on Fairmount. It’s five minutes away from this location, but totally worth it!

I just really don’t like panda express, the taco bell for Chinese food if taco bell sold a single taco for $ 5. The people that work here are really friendly and always offer me samples when I look like I’m confused. Their product just sucks. Their lo mein is tasteless and the fried rice tastes burned. It’s just not good for the price.

I usually love this place, but they NEVER have all the food cooked. They always are behind on cooking. Get new cooks. The front staff is great though.

Food was ok. But what I hated was that the guy«Yao» was in a hurry to close out my transaction, didn’t even offer me a drink with my order, and I had to interrupt him by telling him I want 2 drinks with my order. I get it the line was getting long, but if you can’t work under pressure then have someone at the cash register who is more qualified to do the job. Another thing that pissed me off was I stood in front of «Yao» to get ask for a spoon for my kids and he responds with«What?» Really? Who does that shit? More like yes? Can I help you. You don’t need to make the place as ghetto as it already is. Train your people better… cause the next time this happens j won’t be biting my tongue.

Two stars sad thing is I keep coming back. I only return to this location because it’s close to home. I am here 9:00 pm closing is at 9:30. Why does it look like it’s closed!!! So upsetting to have to wait EVERY time I come! Manager u NEED to do something about this. I understand they want to go home but it’s still a while till closing time! And the wait is not short it’s like15−20 min! Uggg I need to stop coming here!

My girlfriend and I come here frequently and the service is always unsatisfactory. This most recent visit Rosie and San were the worst we’ve had so far. obviously only kept going back for the orange chicken but now a different location will be of interest.

The review below by «A.K. S.» is SPOTON. My fiancée and I have been going here since they first opened after the slight reconstruction of that area. The service used to be really good with consistent quality and availability of food. Recently, it has been going downhill and fast. Customer service is very spotty and inconsistent. This goes hand-in-hand with the portions given. It seems like the good employees either left or were transferred. PROS: It takes care of the Chinese [fast] food craving. I usually get the walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken, and fried brown rice. Alternatively, I get the mushroom chicken, string bean chicken, and chow mein. As mentioned, you can take the survey on your receipt for a «free entrée» too. After our last visit, however, we will probably never be returning to this location. We were paying for our two 2-item combos and free entrée. As I presented my survey code, I also presented my «reward card» for purchasing the combos; this is just a simple punch card. The employee [manager?] immediately told me that I absolutely could not«combine offers» and that they were supposedly informed of this. I asked, «Really? Are you serious?» Talk about BS.

Orange chicken, chow mein, &!Beijing beef. That’s my usual order there. Out of all the locs oven been to this one is the best. The food is always hot fresh and ready to go. Don’t forget to do the survey on the coupon for your free entrée on the next visit. They have a variety of options & fast service. My 3 entrée combo + free entrée(coupon) is $ 7, not bad for a meal that two can probably eat.

Boy has this Panda Express gone down hill. They can’t seem to keep their containers filled, that’s poor skills on the employees part. Friendliness is missing from their customer service, when they ask what you want and you tell them, they apparently don’t listen as you are asked again… Very disappointing. Certainly not a place to plan on getting lunch on time. Who can wait for the food to cook to fill up the pan you wanted?

Everytime i go I get great service and hot food. Their only problem is their prices are outrageous and their portions are small. Would rather go to a dine in or buffet.

Decent Panda Express. The staff here are sometimes a little moody and the quality of the food isn’t all that great. I also hate the fact they stopped making bbq pork. Not sure if only this particular restaurant is just doing it or the entire chain.
