Parkview Terrace

Excellent customer service. I was really considering these apartments after looking at the reviews and speaking with a representative this morning. She was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately they only have one bedrooms available but I was given a listing of their available so I will definitely check them out. And they are affordable! Definitely recommended.

Toured this place today. I’m new to San Diego. Small apartment but great manager. Super helpful, very friendly and willing to help. I’ve talked to so many people that are extremely short and rude. I would’ve rented even though the unit was not as big as I would’ve liked just because of her service but there was nothing available, bummer. She did give me a list of properties managed by them. Thank you for all of your help!

Stayed here for almost 2 years, but got out of my contract early. Place looked nice before me moved in, but once we did, that’s when everything went south. Ants are a constant problem. One in which took forever for the landlord to get someone to alleviate. Also had a ceiling/​roof leak in one of the bedrooms that never got taken care of (which is why I got out of my contract early). It leaked after being in the apartment for only a few months. Once a picture of the black mold that grew on the ceiling was taken, they finally called someone to «fix» the ceiling. NOT the roof, where the problem is. The ceiling. So of course, the next time it rained, the ceiling leaked again. This process continued for over a year, until I finally moved out. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars, is because the maintenance crew are professional, yet laid back people. And they do a good job at repairing the stuff they’re supposed to. The landlords are idiots, though. I don’t recommend this place, unless you’re in a desperate situation & need a place immediately.
