If I could give Alex more stars I would! He really went out of his way to get my computer fixed! He is very knowledgeable and skilled at his profession! He cares for his customers and gets the job done!

Alex from Patch Cable Network came out to our office right in downtown San Diego on Monday and he was amazing. I work for Vyral Marketing in downtown and we just moved into a new office and we could not get the network up and running. I first called Dell and they told me to reinstall my entire system which was crazy so I searched for local computer and IT repair and found Alex. I talked to him on the phone and he was super helpful and chill. He told me he could get out to me in about in an hour and he was very prompt. I was on a sales call when he showed up and he came in and got right to work and crushed it and had me up and running and went above and beyond to setup our wireless too. It was truly a great experience. Wednesday my boss Frank calls me and says the network is down and asked where Alex’s number was and Alex got right out to us really early and fixed the network again and advised us on a new router to order so we stop getting booted form our network. Overall, I would hire Alex and Patch Cable Network in a second and I have him on speed dial.

I operate a hotel company. I started with my current company about 3 years ago and was appalled by the lack of service and poor results of the IT team that was in place. I found Patch Cable Network via Unilocal and ultimately decided to give them a try after interviewing 3 potential companies. Our prior IT company was quite frankly awful. Sadly the old SNL skit is all too true with many IT specialists. I think many people in the IT industry have a few wires crossed and don’t see the need for customer service. Patch Cable Network is hands down the best company I’ve ever dealt with in the IT field. They are extremely competent, efficient, and best of all courteous to me and my staff. In short they are very good at what they do. They are on a very short list of companies that I would eagerly refer to everyone!

I am very cautious about letting people work on my laptop as I work with several companies remotely and deal with government contracts. I am paranoid they will delete my data, or even worse, install a hidden program or webcam (yes I watch too many fictitious TV dramas lol).
I asked my husband if anyone at his job could recommend an IT person. Patch Cable Network came highly recommended and Alex was willing to help me immediately. He offered free advice for my other computers. The repair was so fast I had my computer back in 24 hours!
There was even a follow up the next day to make sure everything was working. I will gladly recommend him to anyone I know and I am sure I’ll need his services again.

I am very happy with my choice to use Patch Cable Network for my business IT needs. Alex and his team are not your «typical IT guys». This team is professional, personable and passionate about IT. They actually speak in layman’s terms and walk us through everything step by step. It is so easy to call for support… we always know that they will answer. They are quick to respond and walk us through any obstacle. Alex has even done emergency house calls on weekends and out of business hours. I don’t know what I would do without this support.
