OK, so, as other people mentioned this place is a little hard to find since its towards the back of the office/​industrial complex. But I found them and after three visits to their showroom and finally purchasing their Urbana Sofa Set, I can say this place is truly a hidden gem. The showroom is a little spread out — inside and outside — but the staff is awesome and there are NO high pressure sales tactics. I worked with 2 of the managers — Tony and Joe — and they couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. A totally transparent and enjoyable experience. They even gave us snacks! Check them out and support a truly awesome local business!

I ordered a sectional patio sofa and table, as well as a round fire pit. The rep taking my order was very helpful and professional and gave me a great price. The furniture and fire pit were delivered in a timely manner. The price was better than any of the other online stores I checked out for the exact items. Their selection is also very large. I will definitely be going back to order when I am ready to get our outdoor dining set.

So glad we did! We went down thinking we were going to buy a sectional from one line but chose from another… and added more pieces. It was really nice to sit in the chair/​sectional to see how comfortable it was, and to see/​feel the wicker. We also chose a custom fabric for accent pillows!

I ordered the Urbana Sectional, and so pleased with it. Had it for 6 months already and it has endured the various NY weather. The Sunbrella fabric is great and I see why it cost more than other outdoor fabrics. The company is great to work with. One of the foots were damaged during shipping and Patio Productions replaced it and the process was easy. They are a pleasure to work with, and I will be using them for my future outdoor needs.

Ordered patio furniture to be shipped to Chicago. Great quality and well packaged. I had been looking at this set on amazon but got a better price and was able to customize my selection which was great.

Last summer I’d looked everywhere in San Diego for a patio set that would fit my small patio and wouldn’t rust in the salt air near the harbor downtown. I found this place on Unilocal and they had the perfect set! Good price, good service and nice staff. Highly recommend this place if you’ve already seen all the retail places in town that seem to have the same unimaginative inventory on display.

I found this place on Unilocal & wish we went here first! Although there are not tons of Unilocal reviews (which I think is because they are primarily an online business) we decided to check the place out after a dreaded and unsuccessful trip to the furniture places in Miramar.
They had a good selection at the warehouse and a giant selection online (which we didn’t choose from because I like to see things in person). Isaiah provided the best customer service ever, and we really appreciated the fact that he was not pushing sales but rather showing us the products and patiently answering my millions of questions since I am so indecisive with picking stuff out. Our furniture was delivered quickly which was also appreciated since we finally picked out outdoor furniture after finishing our backyard landscaping 2 years ago and we finally found something perfect!
We will definitely be ordering more furniture from here!

Purchased the outdoor wicker sectional sofa set up (Urbana) a month ago. Love it. Get tons of compliments from guests on it’s look and comfort. Did tons of shopping prior to finding this company and set up. Feel like I got a great deal on it. Glad my budget and my wife’s tastes agreed in time to enjoy the set all summer. No real constructive criticism needed, the products and service were as advertised… great.
