We’ve been very pleased with the both the professional workmanship and excellent customer service provided by Paul McGarvey Construction.
We’ve worked with Paul and Ryan several times, most recently to completely renovate the guest bath for our mid-​century modern home. This was a major renovation — the house was built in the mid 1950s and there was only one owner prior to us so few upgrades had been made. We wanted to move plumbing lines which could have been quite a challenge since our house is on a concrete slab. The renovation included foundation work, plumbing, tile work, custom cabinetry, electrical work, painting, custom glass work and installation — basically the works. Not only were they up for the challenge, but they were realistic and honest with us on our design ideas, selections and budget.
They helped us think through the look and feel we wanted, but also helped us keep functionality in mind. We LOVE our new bathroom. It’s everything we wanted and I think a lot of that is due to solid communication and follow up throughout the entire process.
We have recommended Paul McGarvey Construction to our friends and plan to work with them on our next renovation as well.

Finally reroofed and stucco’d my old garage to match the house (after 26 yrs !)
The roofers. Tim and Matt did a fantastic job, they were like a choreographed team. It was obvious they have been working together for years and knew exactly what to do. Left the area spotless when done.
The stucco guys. Ray and his son Caesar… were consummate artists. Matched the color and texture of the house perfectly. Again left the area absolutely clean when completed.
I would highly recommend Paul for any project… Not to mention that he was low bid… by far.
