I met up with Dustin Pavlick at my house and we walked through all of the electrical work I needed done for about an hour. He asked if he could start the next week and I happily obliged. On Monday I contacted him and he continued to string me along for about 2 weeks. Instead of just telling me he was too busy — he went dark for a week. Then he tried to resurface and see if I still needed the work. He blamed it on loosing 2 employees — but not sure why he could not have texted me back or emailed me. I think ultimately it was too much work and he likely was not capable of doing it — seems like he is comfortable with canned lights.
