Paws San Diego

This place is cute, clean and helpful but the staff are not. What they don’t tell you is that your dog has to be spayed/​neutered in order to receive assistance.
I spoke to a ‘lady’ named ‘Caren’ on the phone today that pretty much cursed me out and hung up on me because she gave me false information and I asked someone else and got the correct info.
She insisted on cutting me off every sentence and SHOUTING into the phone but wasn’t even giving me the right info to begin with. Hanging up on me was the greatest, most competent thing she did.
Everyone else there seems to at least like their job, because to most people sitting at a desk and playing with dogs all day is fun and HAPPINESS inducing.
They let the staff run amuck and do and say whatever they feel like. Needs to have some more order to it. Thanks for the food though. That is… To the people that donated it.
