During my purchase I questioned my charges, the older lady was a little rude and seemed irritated. As I walk out my daughter overheard her talking about me adding «she is high maintenance ». Hadn’t been to Payless in a long time now I know why. customer service sucks.

Are u fucking serious??? I went to the store and I guess I didn’t realize it was 5 min past 8:00. That’s their closing time… so the lady told me and said, «Do u need help with anything because we are close!.» And I told her, why are u trying to kick me out when there’s another person in the back?! I mean, r u trying to kick me out just because my son was giggling??? Dumb bitch!!!
