Called to have a quote done for a backyard patio, the guy sounded excited about getting a chance to look at the yard. I asked if he would like to come tomorrow morning because I have another contra tor coming this weekend to give me his quote. I guess PBI is scared of competition, because as soon has he heard that his voice changed and said…“well you know what he can have it, I’m really busy.” and then he hung up the phone. I sat there kind of stunned for a second and then realized I probably just saved myself thousand of dollars and many hours of my life dealing with someone like that.

I just had my driveway replaced and I am thrilled! My husband and I called PBI for a quote because they were local, and the owner, Paul, took us around the area to show us his work and discuss options. We hired him and they started just a few days later and were there everyday until the job was done. He helped us make decisions about tricky areas and his suggestions turned out beautifully. Paul and his staff are professional, punctual, and easy to work with. They do high quality work for a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to work with PBI.
