Phuong Xa Cargo

It is said that Phuong Xa Cargo involved in the fraud line not only in San Diego but also in San Jose. Police has been investigating this system to come to light. PX Cargo is banned from running their business even though we still see” Business hours” Open now” as well as their phone still rings. The cheaper their price is, the more risks we can face.

I gave this place one star just because they are close to my home and is more convenient than having to go to Eastside to mail my packages to Vietnam. The shop is very small with minimal parking so don’t expect to have a place to chill out while they sort through the paper works.
What REALLY inspired me to write this review was how irritated I felt today while attempting to mail a package to Vietnam. Please tell me how I arrived there at 1PM and found their front door to be chained and locked with no one in sight when their business sign says that their «new business hours» today on a Saturday is from 9AM-5:30PM. I call their shop over and over clearly hearing the phone ring inside yet no one picks up.
My dad and I decided to leave to Costco and we came back to Phuong Xa around 2:30 PM. Still, the door is chained and locked with no one in sight. Still, I call and hear the phone ring inside yet no one is there to pick up. In frustration, we left. I gave this place the initial benefit of the doubt when we first came at 1PM thinking they might have been on a lunch break somewhere nearby… Now, I doubt it. Even at home, I have been calling their shop and still no reply.
Can someone please tell me why the heck their business hours on Unilocal even says OPEN when they clearly are not? If they went somewhere, they could have at least posted a sign saying around what time they will be back. If this is how they conduct business, I’d rather mail my packages through another third party.

Hole in the wall shipping company to Vietnam. Tiny place just about the size of a small closet. Not sure how fast it will get there.
