Rather go to Panda Express than here. Got the General Orange Chicken with upgrade to Chow Mein and it came out to 10.58 before tax. The food was just mediocre but the prices are high for what you get.

My friend and I usually love this place but we got a few orders of cream cheese wontons recently and there wasn’t any cream cheese in the wontons! And they were stale! Really disappointing, wish we hadn’t spent so much money of them. Posted a picture on the pictures of what the wonton looked like.

We’ve been here a few times and always have enjoyed it. But tonight the staff truly showed excellent service and was caring. My son has an allergy, that isn’t listed on their normal allergen list. We ordered what we thought was safe. Once on our table, it was determined it was not. They found grilled chicken was free of his allergy. Took his place and quickly made him a new plate. That was amazing. Then after, I was notified that if staff is notified of an allergy, that they clean all the cooking utensils and wok used for that meal. Truly an awesome staff at this location. We appreciate all the effort put in for our son to enjoy a good meal with us.

Friendly and attentive staff. House special chicken is the best. You order by phone and pick it up, then you are done!

This location in Scripps used a ton of fillers instead of beef and chicken. Beef Broccoli, honey crispy chicken, Mongolian Beef … Hard to find the meat. It’s all onions and more onions! We ordered take out about 25 mins before closing. The kids looked a little annoyed that we showed up since they were mopping. We ordered 5 entrees and wontons. We always look forward to reading our fortunes(cookies are the worst don’t eat them). all that food ordered and they sent us home with 2 cookies. Really 2?! You have hundreds behind the counter! This is a franchise with a cheap owner trying to cut corners on, «ok, better than cooking take out».

Okay. Not really good Chinese food. Decent. Too many white devils around those parts anyways to know the difference. The chefs are Mexican, so it’s not like it’s authentic. Stick to the basic food. Plus side — Not too pricey. If you have a buddy, give it a shot. Order something generic. Don’t expect too much.

Why is this place always dead? I’ve been coming here for 15 years and can’t remember ever having anything but a minor miscommunication ordering. Food is always great, I never have any complaints. Orange, house, honey, sweet & sour chicken are all my regular favorites. Disappointed corporate decided to remove cashew chicken from the menu. That was my all time favorite. Keep the buy one get one entrée coupons coming. And don’t forget wonton Wednesday.

The guy who was cooking when we came here last was amazing. The food was delicious and I think he used some sort of black magic to pack the food containers as full as he did. So why the 2 star review you may ask? The guy working the front! Wee One and I stopped by to grab some takeout at 10:53, 7 minutes before they open. We’re a little early, it happens. He stands inside staring at the lady with the baby for 7 full minutes before walking into the back to turn on the outside music and then eventually making his way to the front door to unlock it. Then he opens the door for me to walk in and he walks out. He puts up the sign of specials, puts a rock on it to weight it down and then goes to straighten up the patio tables. And since he was the only person working the front, we still have to wait for him to order. I get that you are all«we open at 11am on the dot, not a minute before», but that means you should be ready at 11 and not outside messing with stuff that should have been taken care of before you had customers and taking orders 5 minutes after opening. Works both ways fella… Anyway… he takes my order, then the guy behind me, then the two guys behind him… The single guys food comes out first and the worker takes a break in the conversation he was having with the last two guys long enough to hand him his food, barely, then the two guy’s food comes up and then FINALLY, hungry Wee One and I get our food. WTF? I love pick up stix, but this location has nothing on the other locations. I’ll go out of my way to stop at a different one next time.

Service is great now! I love the house special chicken, I get it extra spicy. And Erica is the best worker they have there! They’ve done some really great updates to the restaurant

Not good at all. Panda Express is better. Only thing good was the chicken itself. All the sides SUCKED.

Aviola i believe was her name when i called to speak to a manager about me placing an online order with the wrong store. She immediately fixed my problem with no problem. I really appreciated her help and customer service.

I order $ 25 worth of food from here last night. Very disappointing. There was hardly any chicken in the Pad Thai. I don’t even remember peanuts. The beef dish we ordered had some beef but overall I felt like my dinner was a bunch of noodles. Today I’m sitting here with a stomach ache. I don’t think I’ll be going to Pick Up Stix anytime soon, if ever again. Very disappointing. The won tons were limp and not crispy.

As good as fast food gets. They’ll make the dishes with tofu instead of chicken. So there are plenty of vegan options, good for lots and yummy food. Plus the staff are the best! Annette and Erica make you feel at home!!!

Annette who greeted us and took our order was very friendly and helpful. She repeated the order to make sure it was correct and then we say down to wait for our food. After about 15 minutes she walked over to is to apologize as the order did not print in the ticket. She offered us free desert and a coupon for a free entrée. She was ver apologetic about the mishap. Her service recovery was spot on and when we received the food it was excellent. Would recommend this location as the staff is friendly and the food was very good.

Americanized Asian food but I feel it’s much better than Pei Wei. Facility is clean. They cook in an open kitchen so you can see everything. I like that. Customer service was accommodating. They were polite and helpful. We were greeted with a smile. That always makes a good difference. I ordered the brocoli beef and white rice. My daughter had noodles. She enjoyed her meal very much. Her serving was enough for us to pack up for her to have the next day! Two meals out of her order. Gotta love that! Hubby and I actually shared my order and we left feeling satisfied, not too stuffed. Overall, since my daughter liked it, I definitely see us coming here again for more meals to come…

Horrible horrible. Got dinner for the family and everything was barely edible. House chicken was breaded and tasteless. Cream cheese wontons were bland and greasy. Orange chicken had four prices of chicken in the entire box… Was the most edible of everything. Chinese chicken salad was okay but I avoided the chicken because it looked like soap. And chicken lettuce wraps were the worst of the bunch. You call that sauce?! Save your money and go somewhere else. Like rubios.

I have not been into Pick up Stix for a long time, so we decided to drop in for a meal. I should have not wasted the money and spent it at one of my favorite Asian spots. Pick up Stix has changed hands I was told and the quality has gone way down. It really was never that good to start with, but it was edible. We got the Family meal which consisted of two Chicken entrees, cream cheese won tons and rice… for a total of about $ 30… We got the House Chicken and the General Tsao’s Chicken, House Chow Mein and white rice… Terrible…greasy, sweet and gross. We boxed it up and looked for a homeless person to give it to.
