Worst costumer server I have ever had in my whole life. Please don’t come here. Go to another pizz shop no help what so ever.

When i found out there was still a dine-​in i was super excited. even after reading all the horrible reviews i decided to give it try. Customer service was great, very friendly. seems as though they were understaffed and am sure extremely busy and at the time i was there they were dealing with a «mix-​up» with a customer which im sure isnt easy. the only thing was because they were understaffed and busy, the tables were very very dirty. and parking sucks but i parked on the street. ill be going back

I had orderd a pizza about a week ago and there were missing my bread stick and a topping today I orderd again and I spoke With David the manager and explain him what had happend, he went above and beyond and took good care of me. I will continue ordering from them knowing they have excellent service.
Again thank you so much David. That’s what you call a manager. And that’s what pizza service should be.

Dirty place ever… smells like shittttt don’t go there and the people who work there doesn’t give a damn fuck they are very disrespectful with customers they got no manner we were seating inside the place and there was a girl cleaning the door and guess wht she started to burp knowing that we were waiting on our order … Freaking disgusting ! And she didn’t even say sorry or sth ! Not coming back at all tables dirty AF no body cleans as soon as you step in the smell is horrible like homeless people live there !

We ordered from them and there were 5 dead flies in the pizza. We called back to have a refund and were furious. The «manager» said that we get what we payed for and hung up. Whoever was working yesterday night answering phones was who claimed to be the manager. She was a real delight, HA.
They need to hire more educated people. But then again, its a Pizza Hut. Lolol.

This place sucks! I ordered a pizza at 8:30pm I understand its a Saturday and they are busy and what not, but i didn’t receive my order until 10:30pm and it was the wrong pizza to top it off they also for got my 2 litter drink as well. The fat delivery girl name «Kat» also had the nerve to tell me she was 4 $ short on my change. I said thats ok. But when she handed me what she had she ask for a tip???

I’ve never ordered takeout from here, just delivery, so I can’t comment on that experience. However, all the delivery people we’ve had have been friendly, the service is usually quicker than the estimated time given online, and the pizza is usually very good for the price.
Unlike the local Dominos, they put on a fair amount of each topping which is greatly appreciated. The regular crust I find quite tasty; although I prefer thin-​crust, Pizza Hut’s seems to taste like cardboard, which is kinda disappointing.
My only other gripe (& it’s not with this location since I’m sure corporate dictates such things) is that I wish there were more topping choices. For instance, they have spinach, but no basil? No biggie, though. I just add my own when it arrives.

This place is sub par for the cost.
I just moved in nearby, and I was excited to be near a Pizza Hut. The inside is, well, underwhelming.
The staff and the food are just okay. We ordered a pizza last night, and when we went to pick it up, they had accidentally given it to another customer. …
Un/​fortunately, the customer came back in realizing the mistake. Instead of tossing that pizza, and making us a new one, they just gave us that pizza, and wouldn’t discount it or anything. !
We took the pizza home, and of course it is no longer warm. And, the order was wrong. I tried contacting customer service, but I can’t seem to find a website for Pizza Hut CS. That explains a bit!
Overall, we will probably stick with Dominoes from now on :/​ (that makes me kind of sad, because Pizza Hut flavor, in my opinion, is better than Dominoes)

Ordered online, they were 10min late with the order when I came to pick up. No marinara with a stuff crust order. Wings are half the size of B-​Dubs/​Hooters if that is what you were expecting.
Parking is near impossible in that complex in the evenings as well.

Whoever says this isn’t good pizza is a liar. I ordered online, it was ready in 20 minutes. I got the pizza and ate 3 pieces and took the rest home. It was delicious. Since they’ve changed their menu, it has become a great place. 5 stars from the hungry college student.

Don’t waste your time here. My online order told me my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. When I waked in to the restaurant I wasn’t greeted for 5 – 10 minutes, and I wasn’t actually given my pizza until 45 minutes after I placed my order.
No sense of customer service or urgency to meet high standards. But then again it’s Pizza Hut, you shouldn’t expect too much.

WORST experience at any Pizza Hut ever. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t have what I ordered and instead of calling me to tell me, they cancel my order. I had to call and deal with the rude manager that lied constantly only to get delivered a cold pizza with very little toppings (I’m guessing as a retaliation for standing my ground as a customer). Don’t order from here.

Worst place ever. You walk in and there’s pizza thrown on the ground from angry customers, breadsticks were burnt, they ALWAYS forget something that you order &use the whole «we can give you so amount of money for your next order». Useless manager with no skills in running a restaurant. Never ordering from here again.

Obviously even though they have seating indoors, this place is not really geared to eat indoors. Had to ask for straws and napkins, no condiments at the table. All three employees or in the back of the restaurant and I had to yell each time I needed something.

Food was good but overall the service was terrible. Total was 25 and I gave the driver 40 and he gives me back a ten and asks if that’s good or if I needed more back. Then he tells me that he forgot my soda but he would be right back with it. Twenty minutes later he brings my soda in a bag and leaves then I realize it wasn’t even what we ordered. He was already gone and we were done eating.

I’m giving them 5 stars because my pizzas were hot, fresh, super cheesy and my wings were surprisingly plump and juicy. Great job Pizza Hut. Professional chef who is very skeptical of all food. It was good. Flavored crust was awesome. Surprised of the great quality today.

I so wish I could give 0 stars, that is how horrible the customer service was at this establishment. I was placing my order and the staff argued with me about something that was irrelevant. Who argues over a customer about different Pizza Hut locations. I am starving, I came here, I don’t want to hear about another Pizza Hut. I couldn’t believe it. I chose not to order and I left. Very disappointed.

It was on of those days, when I was on my way home, tired and not in the mood to cook, so to I swung by here to pick up one of their carry out large one topping specials for $ 10. I ordered the large pepperoni with pan crust. (

The pizza was good. I especially enjoyed the crispy pepperoni with the slightly burnt ends. (
) The flavor of the pepperoni was very good. Did I taste bacon? The sauce was decent but a little sweet for my taste. I forgot to ask for light on the sauce. I have always been a big fan of the pan style pizza they have offered for years. The crust on this pizza was a medium thickness (
) and very buttery. It certainly left a thin film of slippery goodness on my fingers. The cheese tasted good but I think this is an area the pizza needed improvement. It need more of it! It had a very thin layer. Bring on the cheese Pizza Hut!
The service was good. I waited for about 15 minutes as a walk in take out order which is not bad.
Gimme more cheese please…
