It’s fast food. I love fried chicken and Popeyes is almost always a solid choice. BUT this location is always a long wait no matter what, and they are always out of fries! ??? That’s ridiculous. But other than that, quick, relatively cheap dinner. Oh and the apple turnover is amazing, try it sometime!

I love Popeyes and this location is no exception. I have never had any problems with orders. My orders always hot and fresh. The staff is usually friendly if they talk to you. Half the time at the drive-​thru the staff does not speak to you once you are at the window.
I love the rotation monthly specials. I especially love rippin and wicked chicken. I love all the variations. They are full of flavor. One of my favorite items is the mashed potatoes and gravy. The gravy is my favorite gravy anywhere. The biscuits are also very good and great with honey. The spicy chicken is very good and has lots of flavor. I love to come here and get my fried chicken fix.

My wife and l swing by after volunteering for starbucks giving turkeys to military families, we heard ppl. talking about how popeyes was amazing and they were right! The chicken was really tasty. The mash potatoes has a kick to it. Andrew had awesome customer service!

When you’re craving southern fried chicken. This is the place to go! It is perfect with their mash potatoes/​gravy. Each bite is mouth watering I am not a biscuit person but my husband absolutely loves their biscuits along with those little packets of honey. We got a family meal of 12 pieces, dark meat with biscuits, mashed potatoes/​gravy, macaroni cheese all for under $ 25. The girl at drive thru even suggested the special we got. She was very helpful!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Last night they made me order wrong and served me cold chicken. Went there tonight to have order replaced only to find I would be charged full price for a drink instead of the $ 1.00 that the guy who took my order quoted me. When I came to the window the manager on duty told me there was nothing more she could do so I ended up driving off without anything. Can’t believe the lack of customer service at this establishment that I USED to patronize at least 3 times a week!

FASTEST SERVICE EVER!
I’ve come here twice with BIG orders for a large group of people, and they literally start packing up your food as you’re ORDERING IT.
So they end up giving our food to us a minute after we’re done ordering it.
Can it get any faster than that? That is ALL.

A few weeks ago I decided to go out of my way and stop here for dinner for my son and I. I have had the Cajun chicken before and wanted some spicy chicken. So I ordered a 4 piece for myself and a 3 piece strip for my son. They told me it would be a few minutes because the strips were being cooked fresh. Cool that for the info. Finally I get to the window and get my food and go. I don’t check the food, my mistake.
I get home and open the bag and there is a $ 5 box not my 2 meals that I ordered. At this point I cook for my son and then eat what I was given and then call back to the store to tell them what happened. I spoke the the General Manager Brian and he found my order and figured out that I was given the order for the car in front of me at the drive thru. I told him just charge the money back to my card and that is good enough for me, or email me some coupons for some free food in the future. He informed me he could not do that that I would have to come back to the store, about 20 minutes from my house, to get my money back. I asked for his bosses name and contact information. I was told that they do not give out that information that I would have to call the 877 phone number. It is a corporate call center.
I called that number and told them what happened. They said they would send the info to the local management and someone would contact me. I then waited a week and no one called. The following Satuday I went into the store, with my receipt to get my money back. Brian was not there but the manager on duty called him and this is what I was told. «I cannot give you your money back, Brian is handling this and he will have to do that. This situation is still under investigation.» I verified that even though Brian previously told me that I just needed to bring in my receipt that they were refusing to give me my money back. She told me «Yes, only Brian can do that now.»
Again I asked for the District Managers name and contact info and she told me that they do not give that out and even if they did she did not know who that person was. That I don’t believe. What I do believe is Brian is mad about my complaint to corporate and he is trying to jerk me around. So again I called the corporate number and this time spoke to a supervisor. That supervisor told me that she was putting in a request for the franchise owner to contact me. That was this past Saturday and still no contact.
The customer service here is terrible, the manager is playing games and the franchise owner does not care. Look at the ratings here and they are terrible. I will keep going with this and will update as needed. The really sad thing is this is all over a $ 14.44 bill. Had they just sent a few coupons that probably would never have been used and this situation would have been over and this would probably be a 4 star review for great customer service. Instead this is an ordeal and has become a 1 star review. Sadly this is the state of customer service in this country. And this is a Popeyes that is on US government property, it is located on NEX, Naval Exchange, property. This is how the military is treated.

Have came here a few times and service has been good, except this time they were talking so fast and cutting me off (through the drive through). My bf and I got our food and opened the box (family meal) and they completely messed up our order. Also, before we drove away we asked for ranch and the woman working only gave us 2 cups of sauce… for a 12 piece meal. And on the window it says you get (don’t quote me on this exactly) around 6 sauces for their 6 piece meal? Come on… I’ll return but I’m a little annoyed at the sloppy service I got today.

Omg I’m so mad !! So we went to Popeyes in Murphy canyon got home Mikal wanted some on dada drink so dada having ocd said get a cup I’ll pour you some. We open the soda and this is what we found !! A plastic sleeve from there cups in our drink mind u Davon has drank half of it !! Omg my baby could of chocked so I call Popeyes and all they say is we can replace the drink ! I don’t want anything replaced could you of replaced my child if he would of chocked !!! I have the pictures I’m not sure how to place them on this review yet but I will !!!

¹⁰⁄₁₀ would diarrhea again. I don’t know what it was, but that shrimp po’ boy did me dirty.

The best popeyes restaurant! Always clean and fast, and the staff is very attentive and nice every time!

Man I really like the chicken tenders at this place, and the blackened ranch dressing is tasty. Always super fast service and the food is fresh. One of my go to lunch stops.

I come here every so often for lunch durning the week. It’s cheap and I get a good meal. The spicy chicken strips are delicious. Love the Cajun rice and the biscuits are moist. Everyone here is super friendly.

The food is great but everything is fried (its popeyes :). I’m giving a low rating because the drive through is absolutely terrible. They are not fast and traffic backs up really quick. Please fix this!

Got there right before they closed and they still served me without an expected attitude. Love them biscuits too.

Saw commercial about the spicy chicken so they got me to go. Expected to come away with a hearty dinner instead got two sides. disappointment and regret.

Bust during Thursday football, got my order wrong and didn’t realize until home, which sucked, but I love the taste of the batter, much better than KFC… I’m a new convert won’t eat KFC again!

Anyone who says money can’t buy happiness hasn’t yet spent $ 7.99 at Popeye’s, because that $ 7.99 buys me a whole lot of FUCing happiness!
Happiness comes in the form of 5 pieces of Popeye’s mild chicken, 2 biscuits, and 2 sides. Soooo good! I recently had a $ 30 Fried chicken dinner, which was good, but still not as good as Popeye’s! I don’t think the chickens are free range, organic, nor fed a diet of sheeps milk, soy, and hazelnuts, but they still taste mighty good!
I’m still feeling fine, but I looked up the «Nutrition Facts», holy shit!

I probably shortened my overall lifespan by 1 week. I had one leftover leg, but couldn’t finish it. Probably a good thing because I probably would be dead, or at least in the hospital. I’m not a doctor or nurse, but do have a First Aid Merit Badge, so I think I’ll wait at least 3 months before my next delicious Popeye’s dinner.
If you want to a delicious way get to Heaven sooner, eat at Popeye’s!

Good chicken even though I don’t think it’s really that close to Louisiana style since it Cannot touch the chicken at willie maes scotch house.
We get the spicy because it has better flavor than the original. Love the crispy batter and the chicken thighs. And the corn with the biscuits completes the meal.
The service is standard young kids who are just at work nothing really spectacular but that’s not why I go to fast food places. I’m there to eat quick and fairly cheap.

I was in the mood for some fried chicken strips, a monthly craving for some reason, so I came by Popeye’s to satisfy my fix. I ordered the 5 piece combo mild, with a side of green beans, Why? I have no idea, and it came with one biscuit and a dependable iced tea. (
) I think it was $ 7 and some change.
The very crispy tenders were a little inconsistent. Most were tender and moist, but a few were on the dry side. (
) I do like the fact that they use all white chicken and the breading is a thin with crispy layer with good flavor. (
) I ate them with their Mardi Gras Mustard Sauce which was very good with a pungent after taste. (

The green beans no doubt had their origins from the inside of an aluminum can. They were okay with the added bacon and seasoning, but the green beans themselves, had that overcooked can variety characteristic flavor and texture-​wise. (
) What I enjoyed the most was the butter moist biscuit. (
) It came with a slight toasty exterior that added extra flakiness and the inside was very tasty and moist. (
) I want the recipe.
The service was descent and the place was pretty well kept.
