Pro Tile Installation

Will made my kitchen look absolutely gorgeous. The tile is perfect, down to every last touch and detail. Every trim piece is perfectly cut. His price was extremely competitive and he took excellent care of my house while he worked on the project. I will definitely call Will the next time I have any need for tile work. He has my most enthusiastic recommendation.

Simple small job, that needs to be completely done over. These people were hired to do a small bathroom over after a pipe burst. The floor had to be rebuilt, a few special tiles. Subway tiles on the walls. Most (if not all) of their workers either did not or hardly spoke English. Most of the workers would say they would come at one time, and wouldn’t show up. Lots of time was wasted. They had to be bullied to do anything. First they needed to rebuild the sub-​floor, while doing that they cut right through floor joists! Only because this was seen, was it fixed. The floor they built was uneven. Then when it was time to lay tiles, they repeatedly mixed the pattern up. It should have been almost like what you might see at Ghiradelli, their floor, but this floor was a disaster. A few white tiles here, a few there, one black one here, two there. The incompetency was glaring. They took longer to order the wrong tiles that Home Depot has in stock. They didn’t order the correct edge tiles, and blamed the homeowner. I will post pictures of the TERRIBLE job they did later. We’ll see if they fix their completely botched job.
