I don’t think I need to write a book about this, when it comes down to it here’s mainly what matters to me. I’d just like to say that Progressive charges what I consider to be a fair price considering what a pain their job is (I know because I used to do it for myself), they send my money to me as expected (thank you to Michelle in accounting), and no more phone calls from tenants. They’re also nice people too, Young manages my two properties. Oh that’s the other thing, I can always get them on the phone. So I’m happy with them and would recommend them.
