My IMac had been running slowly and I’ve had it since 2011. The internal optical drive began to go bad also. I had the team at Quality Macs work on it. We decided that a wipe of the hard drive and restore made the most sense. In addition I purchased an external optical solution which better met my needs as I also have a MacBook Pro. Matt and Matt were professional, courteous and provided sound advice. Thinking about a memory upgrade and definitely will use this company. Great prices too and just not the «you have limited time» attitude I run into at the the Apple Store.

Great customer service and VERY fair prices. Their stuff is in great condition too. I highly recommend it and will do all my MAC shipping here from here on out. I was met by Matt in the front. Had such a great experience with Quality Macs!
I’ve been sporting a Macbook Air 11″ and recently wanted to get a bigger screen with more GB since I started to take learning how to code more seriously. I went with 15″ 2009 Macbook Pro and bought it online on their Ebay store via Paypal and picked it up in-​person. While I was happy with the size of the screen, it turns out that I wasn’t too happy with the resolution since it was a bit of an older model. I came back to return it since they have a 30 day return policy and they happily let me do so with no pressure. In fact, I ended up exchanging it for a newer 13″ and I have to say I am VERY happy with it! (I’m currently writing this review on it)
Great customer service and great products! The gentlemen working there are more than willing to help you find the right fit for you and with the 30 day return policy, you can always bring it back if you find that it’s not the right Mac for you.
If you’re looking to get a new mac or upgrade, DO NOT go to the Mac store! «Adopt» a slighty older Mac for less than full purchase value. You can even trade your old stuff in too! They take all Apple products from the laptops to phones to watches. If you’re even slightly curious, check out their website because all their inventory is updated daily!
P. S. They gave me a free (used) speck case with my new 13″ so I wouldn’t walk out with it naked

After spending 100’s if not 1000’s of dollars on windows computers, I decided to move over to the world of Mac. The company I work for uses windows based software and apps. What I didn’t realize was the Mac IOS does not support a lot of the application programs I use at work, so I was not able to access my work reports. One day, I was sharing my frustration with a computer sales person at Best Buy and he recommended a solution and referred to the Apple store for support. After waiting for 3 hours at the Apple store… I was able to speak to a so called Apple genius only to find out he could not help me. He did put an application on my computer, but it wasn’t complete and I was extremely frustrated because I had just wasted 3 hours and no solution.
I then turned to Unilocal and looked for Apple support tech companies and well here I am. I went to Quality Macs and shared my frustration with Mathew Brown. He listened to what I had to say and understood what I wanted to accomplish. After a few minutes of discussion he said he thought he could solve my problem and my computer would be ready the next morning. He said he would call me towards the end of the day to follow up. Sure enough by 5pm he called to check in, to confirm he was working on my computer and it would be ready to go the next day. Next morning, I arrive when the doors open and my Macbook Pro was ready to go. AND IT WORKED AS I EXPECTED!!! My Macbook Pro now has the Apple and Windows operating system on it and it works seamlessly. THANKS again Matthew!!! I appreciate your service. If I need anything related to Apple products I will first call Quality Mac!!! These guys define customer service.

After my mac was recently stolen, I turned to the good people over at Quality Macs to get a replacement. My need was time sensitive and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I stopped into the store and Matthew promptly assisted me. I explained my situation and the model of my prior mac. He asked the right questions and found a replacement that was better quality at a great price. I wish my mac hadn’t been stolen, but this was the best outcome I could have asked for given the situation. If you are in the market for a new/​used apple device or are looking to upgrade and sell your old one, you HAVE to visit the guys over at Quality Macs. Great job guys — thanks again!!!

Great customer service & after sales service!

My company purchased quite a few Apple Macs from these guys in the last year when they were across the hall from us. All work great for refurbished and practically brand new Macbook Pros. Recently they moved into a larger facility and I needed a new adapter for my 2008 Macbook Pro.
These guys are legit. SUPER knowledgable, and knew exactly the type of adapter I needed. We chatted about lots of different products and how they’ve been doing since moving their shop into their new digs. They’ve increased their supply of everything Apple related and it’s basically a candy store for Mac nerds like myself.
It’s set up like a mini Apple store with display models in their lobby and a technical operation behind glass. Think if the Apple Genius Bar had beer and no lines filled with old ladies trying to pull photos from their broken iPhones. They fixed my friend’s laptop while we waited and played around on new computers, so it’s basically like an Apple store without the fuss, long wait times, or pretentious millennias – no offense to millennials.
Quality Macs is GREAT. Thanks guys! I highly recommend for buying a new Mac or getting something fixed. Apparently they also do trade-​ins which is good to know.

I got a great deal on a high quality MacBook here! Great people, very friendly and helped me get the best deal I could on my computer. I’ll never buy a computer directly from the mac store again!
