Either this joint is brand new or I’ve been too drunk to notice it before. I primarily stopped in to use the restroom, but ordered food so I wouldn’t be a bum. The service was good, but the menu was strange. «Meat» tacos? That could apply to dogs, cats, humans, etc… I skipped the mystery meat and ordered the carne asada burrito with chips and a soda. When it was ready they brought it out to me, which was nice. Then again, I was the only customer there. The standard carne asada burrito is usually a delicious balance of carne, guac, diced onions, and pico de gallo. But what do I know, I’m just some white boy right? About 2⁄3 of the way through the burrito, all I found was lettuce, salsa fresca and beans. The bottom third of the burrito was exactly enough carne for… one third of a carne asada burrito. I’ve actually thought about this burrito each day after eating it, and not in a good way. Que Taco won’t be going on my list of go-to mexi food places. Two stars only for cleanliness and service.

Formerly«Tamales Ancira». Shrimp tacos are tasty! They have many more options than Tamales Ancira. The fish and shrimp tacos come grilled or beer battered with cabbage, pico de gallo and seafood sauce which is tasty. They also have a choice of guacamole or avacado sauce. So far friends and co-workers have had the shrimp taco and enchilada,(They don’t have Tamales YET). Enchiladas looked tasty. Tasted the shrimp ceviche, which was pretty good. The interesting thing is, they have the same cooks as Tamales Ancira, so I’m not sure but I’m pretty sure a new guy owns it and he’s showing the cooks the ropes on his new menu.
