Rabinovich Catering

Our company decided to hire the newish company to cater our annual holiday party, boy, did we luck out! No old Mexican food, no overdone, overused Chinese food, just some plain old, kick butt bbq and everyone was so happy!
One of the two gentlemen pictured in the photo, came by last night to set up. He set up lovely table decorations, serving stations and even a heating lamp. They were supposed to serve four times but ended up serving all day… and get this, they did it with a smile on their face and the patience of saints.
I say saints, because retail employees are not by tradition, either well mannered nor patient, but these two guys treated everyone like royalty. There were several side dishes, a dessert table and the carved beef station. The one thing I must rave about was the potato salad… unusual to me as it had tiny pieces of jalapeño (just enough to give it a kick) killer mayo and pieces of bacon… totally legit and well worth the 1000 calories I undoubtedly gained when I inhaled several portions. The beef was tasty and juicy, no dry stuff here.
Not sure how much it cost per person but be assured, it must not have been super reasonable as our store works on a tight budget. Everyone who came in to eat, left full, happy and wanting to know when the store could do it again… hey people, don’t look a gift horse in the mouth, we were lucky to get it this time!

The most amazing dinner I’ve shared with my girlfriends in a long time!!! Chef Stas knows international culinary cuisine and delighted our taste buds in all the right ways. He was extremely efficient and planned every ingredient with perfection. I can’t tell you enough how highly I recommend him! So kind! He has a wealth of knowledge of many types of dietary needs and can make any of your culinary dreams come true!!! Thank you Stas!!! My mouth is still having a party!!!
