I had to return an item to RadioShack. I bought it from the Saturn location. I had the receipt, but they wouldn’t return it because I needed the debit card we used to purchase it. Unfortunately, my husband purchased it so I didn’t have the card. The name of the worker I dealt with was Pedro. He wasn’t that friendly or apologetic for their unique store policy… which is written no where on the receipt or even in the store for that matter. Maybe there should be a sign that informs customers or maybe the employees should inform each customer of the store policy when they make their purchase. What was really disheartening is that Pedro actually made me feel like I was trying to return the product to get the cash. When I specifically said you can just put the money back on the debit card. I was finally able to make the return when I brought in the receipt and the debit card my husband used to originally purchase the product. I wish I didn’t have to go through such a hassle and be made to feel dishonest in the process. They really need to be more clear about their store policy. I won’t be returning to this RadioShack location. At least, the worker tonight was extremely friendly and helpful(Oct. 14, 2015)!

Bought a pair of headphones and was told no refunds after I found out they were horrible quality The headphones were giving out such bad sound distortion and terrible feedback and it was hurting my ears. Was expecting a decent pair of headphones but instead they just took my $ 20 and left me stuck with 99 cent quality headphones. Never had a problem with any Radio Shack ever until now. I was always a fan of Radio Shack for quick need of something. Now I will just order online and wait for it to ship.

The two guys behind the counter were very helpful. They were so helpful, I would rate them as the most helpful radio shack clerks I’ve encountered. I don’t know who radio shack is hiring at most of their stores, but this one is doing it right. :)

The employee Adam B. had no idea what he was doing, I asked for a Coax to BNC adapter, he did not know what either were. I looked through the cabinet, it was a mess nothing was where it needed to be. I did not find the adapter. I went to another store and the sales person knew exactly what I was talking about. I’ll drive an extra 5 miles to the further store than to waste my time here.

I had to stop in to get a charger for my Blackberry because I forgot mine back home(Las Vegas). The last thing I wanted to do is enter a crowded Wal Mart … I wanted to come here so it would be fast and easy! I asked the sales associate as soon as I walked in the door if he had any. I was impressed because when I usually ask they hand me over the older version which is bigger than what I need. It was exactly what I needed .I spent less than five minutes in there. I’m sure this same charger would have been cheaper at Walmart but sometimes the extra cost is worth it!
