I visited 15 + daycares before I settled on Kindercare in Rancho Bernardo. My daughter is in the infant room and the only reason we are leaving is because my daughter was accepted into a spanish immersion program. I really loved the infant and toddler teachers. They are caring and knowledgable about child development. I felt like the teachers were engaged and truly invested in the well-being of the children. They facilitate many events which encourage parent involvement. I have been very pleased with kindercare rancho bernardo.

We are new to this location but so far we have had a great experience. I am a stay at home mom looking for a pre school for my 2 ½ year old son. We just moved to Rancho Bernardo and, knowing no one, I have been having a hard time finding a true school. Everywhere I looked there where great daycares as well as schools with interesting philosophies that incorporated gardens and farm animals. I have a small garden and year passes to the Wild Animal Park/Zoo. I don’t need my son playing in an area with sharp objects covered in animal poop. It just seemed like everywhere I looked they where more interested in the philosophy of the school than actually educating the younger children. We chose this location because it seemed to take care of my son’s social development, personal development, creative development, and they had real curriculum for reading, writing, and math for his age group. Most of the other places we looked at didn’t start school skills until 3 – 4 years old. I also feel very comfortable leaving him with Irma. She is so kind and patient. The director of the school, Mary, is fantastic as well. She knows every child, every parent, and always stops to talk to whomever is in the hall. If you are looking for a warm environment that offers a real education for your child, you have found it.
