Klaus and all the people at RB Hair Team are awesome. I have been coming here for 18 years and have always received a great haircut. The place is always clean and parking is great. I wholeheartedly recommend Klaus!

From good to bad. Came in got a cut came back next day to ask for a touch up for some spots missed and was told I would have to make an appointment. I stated well since you missed some spots then I thought you could squeeze me in. (Really,. Do I have to ask that?) after much hesitation I was told by BARON if he could he would cut it shorter in the back. Btw this «professional barber» told me he always leaves it longer in the back so it doesn’t stick up. He blatantly said show me so I did. Then he said that’s even. Point being it was off my almost an inch. Just poor service here. Appointment only which is not posted and clearly not consistent here. Go seek a more professional establishment that cares more about customer satisfaction.

I’ve been going to this place for 10 years or so. Best barber shop in San Diego. Klaus and Baron are exactly what you want in barbers — professional, consistent, good guys, fair price, …and great at what they do. Highly recommend. Make an appt. though because they are popular and get pretty booked.

I have been getting my haircut from Klaus at the RB Hair Team for the last 20 years. I think one of the biggest reasons I never thought about going anywhere else is because this place has such a friendly yet professional atmosphere. Klaus is a master at his trade and tunes in to what his clients want or need. Over the years, he has recommended cutting my hair differently or styling it another way, and each time I’ve appreciated his keen sense of how a little change here and there could actually enhance the overall look. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with nice music playing in the background while the hairstylists might be engaged in pleasant conversations with their clients. As others have noted, on the friendliness scale of 1 to 10, Klaus, Baron and the rest of the team definitely deserve a 10 … and incredibly it’s been consistently that way for the past twenty years.

Everyone in my family goes here have Nancy do our hair. My mother has been going to have her do her hair for years.
I recently made the mistake of trying to color my own hair… and the results were terrible! My mom told me to go see Nancy because she can fix anything. Nancy did an AMAZING job turning my hair from disaster to gorgeous! She was very concerned about making sure I was happy with the results; she would have had me in there as long as it took to make sure I got the color I wanted. She did a great job with the cut also, very natural looking and exactly what I wanted.
Wonderful experience with a wonderful stylist.

I’ve been coming here since I was in 5^th grade, and I’m 22 years old now. Even though I live 80 miles away now, I still come down here to get a haircut from Klaus every couple of months.
All the people that work here are really nice… Klaus, Dieter, Baron, Judy… those are the only ones whose names I know. The barbers here actually get to know their customers, and for a few more dollars you get a way better haircut than you’d get at Fantastic Sams or Super Cuts.

Looking for a reasonably priced barber that delivers quality. Did some online searching, thought that I would try these folks. Selected Judy, very, very pleased. She was ready when I got there, cut was exactly as i wanted. Very nice person as well.

Did you know that the owners name means «good looking man» when its translated from German? Well I have been going to Dieter for years.
When he is away I see Judy. She has this way about her that can make ya fall in love… cuts hair nice too. The place only has a few barbers and offers very personalized service.
