Real Property Management Titanium

Very bad! Stay away. I have had a hole in my kitchen ceiling for 3 weeks now from a leak from the up stairs bathroom. They sent a plumber out here to fix the leak quickly, but now there has been a hole for spiders and bugs to crawl into my food. I am also starting to see mold growing in the walls. They do not care. We have been without our pool and spa keys for two months since we moved in and no garage door openers. Both were promised but neither were produced even after 5 or more requests. Do not do business with them if you can help it. We were in a tough spot and literally had no other option, but beware!

Illegally withholding rent deposits.

Honestly this is the worst slum lord company I have encountered as a renter. Not only have they not fixed any of the maintenance requests that I have put in over a year ago (including a lack of fire alarm), but when my apartment flooded I was told to deal with it and wait until the morning. During this time I had almost an inch of water in my apartment, and «dealt with it». The person that fixed my plumbing issue didn’t even work for RPM, as their guy never even showed up. Since the flood my «manager» never even checked in with me to see if everything was ok. My apartment has been put into foreclosure, and they have responded the same way they have with my maintenance requests. Not giving a damn and collecting my money. I am asking to be let out of my apartment 14 days early due to this stress this has caused, and they aren’t worried, because like everything else they don’t give a damn about renters. You sign a lease, and even if you hold up your end of the deal, they won’t hold up theirs.

These guys are hands down the most pathetic excuse for a property management company EVER!!! They have no idea what they’re doing, are horrible with communication and have cost us thousands of dollars in just a few month.
I have no idea how they stay in business. Anyone leaving the property management responsibilities up to these idiots, IS AN IDIOT!!!
If you are looking for a property management, look elsewhere. Trust me and the previous reviewer M.K.

If I could give them zero stars, I would!
Unprofessional, lazy, clueless are just some of the words that describe the people who work for this company. If I sat here and wrote all of the issues I’ve had with them it would take me a week.
Just know that if you sign up with them you will end up with more problems and more headaches than when you started!
