Kelsey did an excellent job with updating my lazy girl hair. Beautiful color and cut. I’ll definitely be back. The complimentary wine was a nice touch! Really friendly staff with a great location.

Love love love this place. Been going to this salon for almost a year now and every time I go it’s a great experience. Kelsey Norton does amazing work! This visit we went for «champagne» hair, and it came out as perfect as always! Highly highly recommend rinse salon!

I’ve been a client of Ana’s for 5 years and have never been disappointed. She’s extremely good at what she does and can somehow always work magic on my mop. I have thick unmanageable hair what is wavy in some parts and straight in others so it’s not exactly wash and wear hair. She cuts it with both scissors and a razor and I swear I can always let it air dry after my visits and it looks good. I recently started doing color and I love how natural it looks. I get tons of compliments on how blended my highlights are:-)
I have had to see both Isa and Kelsey for my hair when Ana wasn’t free and both girls did an awesome job. I should warn you though that Ana books out 6 – 8 weeks so plan accordingly if you want an appointment with her.
They offer online booking which is a huge bonus because I hate calling places and playing phone tag.
The salon itself is adorable! It’s very clean and I love that it’s in a house. It’s cozy enough that I don’t mind spending the hours that I do in their getting beautified. They offer wine and who doesn’t love that:-) I think they may have beer as well.
They have a parking lot which is uncommon in North Park but a huge bonus. It is small but street parking is just as easy around there.
I know they do a lot of classes at their salon too so all the stylist stay up to date with their skills.
You can’t go wrong with this place!

I have to say the overall feeling is very friendly and welcoming, as soon as I came in until I left, they kept offering me drinks to keep me comfortable. But now on to the hair service.
I hate to be one of the fews that give a bad review. But this is for my first experience at Rinse with Isa, I will come back and change the rating if I get a better service the next time. So it was my first time at Rinse and also my first time getting a balayage, she didn’t understand me at first but let’s say it’s my fault for not explaining myself clearly. However, this is the part that I’m unsatisfied with. She clearly said, before we started, that my balayage color will be violet red and it came out all brown. I gave her a nice tip as I usually do with most customer services, but I’m regretting it a bit. Anyway that’s my first experience. I’ll come back and ask for another stylist next time. Hopefully now I know what to expect from a balayage and with a more experienced hairsresser, there will be no more misunderstanding.

I’m new to San Diego & used Unilocal to find Rinse Salon. I’m so happy I did! Amber was a joy to work with, loved her! My husband & I love my new look, I get compliments everyday.
