Robert handled a very tricky bank negotiation for me where we successfully fought off the bank’s attempt to coerce me into covering a $ 3.6M shortfall, and I was able to buy my way out of a possible bankruptcy filing by paying them a very low 6 figure amount.
He also handled a very difficult inheritance arbitration with my sister where she was trying to sue me for mismanagement of the company because of the losses caused by the real estate crash of 2008 – 2010. It was a bitter dispute caused mainly by her anger being uncontrollable, but in the end she got exactly what she deserved, 50% of the remaining assets, and I got to walk away with a document that forever prohibits her from trying to ruin my life anymore.
All in all, I consider Bob a friend, a confidant, and a worthy opponent for any legal process you may have to endure… jg
