I used Rob’s when they were affiliated with Glass Doctor. My guess is that the franchise dropped them for quality reasons, as their installers have no f-ing clue what they’re doing. To make an extremely long story shorter, they had to return no less than SEVEN times, with Rob himself coming the last time to clean up the mess his crappy installers made. They are cheap and yes, you get what you pay for. My neighbor also used them and had a similar experience. She claims one of the windows they just replaced for her is already fogging. Avoid.

I can’t recommend this glass company and at this point I still don’t know if they do quality work or not. The customer service I have received has been terrible at best. Especially in this economy there are plenty of glass companies that would at least pretend like they value my business, but I definitely haven’t gotten that opinion from Rob’s Glass at all. To do measurements they showed up 3 hours late and then gave me grief that I was 5 minutes away when they finally decided to show up. I was told that«they were on a tight schedule and didn’t appreciate having to wait.» Once they finally did the measurement I was told they would contact me with an estimate. 3 days later I had to call them myself to see what the estimate was and what was happening. After ordering the glass I was told it would arrive in a week and they would give me a call. Almost 2 weeks later I called them to find out what was happening and lo and behold my glass just happened to arrive. This is where I’m at and I’m terrified of the hoops I will have to jump through to actually get it installed now. Do yourself a favor and try another company. Rob’s Glass simply isn’t worth it.
