San Diego’s #1 sneaker consignment shop hands down. Very welcoming workers who are knowledgable about their product. Rosewood employees don’t fall into the cliché stereotype of a snobby boutique employee, but are actually extremely friendly and approachable. Dante, the owner, is one of the most down-to-earth dudes who doesn’t mind talking shop or sneakers to anyone who meanders off the street. Stop by 877 Market St, you’ll be glad you did.

The place in SD for Jordan’s! I always make it a point to stop by here when I’m in town and they have a good selection of shoes, new and used! The only down side to here is that condition of the used shoes that they buy and sell is hit or miss. I saw a pair of green bean 5s on their website as used condition and I almost bought it, but I wanted to be sure it was in good condition so I decided to go to the shop that weekend. I saw the shoe and it was not in good condition to my standards, so I passed on them. I would say that if u buy from them online or from Instagram get only the new shoes and any used ones go down to the shop

I walk in with my wife and son on monday, the dude behind the counter mean mugs me and looks away. Wow! So I’m supposed to ask this guy for something I need? But good thing I didn’t. Most of the shoes I saw were in bellow 7⁄10 condition and if they are being displayed at least clean em up a little! Business owner talk to your employees because it looks to me like they hate their jobs.

I definitely recommend Rosewood to my friends. I wear a size 10 sneaker, so they always have a great selection in my size. Great place to bring the sneakers that you thought you would use but just sit in your closet. I know all of us sneaker heads have a bunch of these. I am looking forward to going in again soon.

The owner and employees of Rosewood have been solid ever since they’ve opened. Their customer service has always been great, any time you have a question, especially on their Instagram account, they are prompt with their response. They are always updating their inventory as well as bringing in large amounts of quality shoes, new and/or used. I’ve recommended Rosewood to many of my friends and will continue to do so in the future.

Customer service is very bad, normally I’d support small local businesses especially when it comes to sneakers… Rosewood doesn’t take pride in looking out for their customers or handling issues or complaints in a professional way. So I would say don’t spend your money here. Take it to another mom and pops store that will appreciate the business and show gratitude Not to mention the lack of knowledge for sneakers… they are unaware of the name of the shoes they are suppose to be selling and they blame mistakes on interns… And get upset when you call them out on it. Instead of making it right. Where is the customer service???

Shady service. Wouldn’t answer my calls for days at a time. Claimed they’re phone is broken. What kind of business has a broken phone for a month. You can’t afford a new 30 dollar house phone?! Lmao you guys suck. Removed all of my pairs immediately after they dodged me and gave me sorry excuses as to why I had to wait to get my money. Looks like the owner has never been a business owner and needs help. Whatever the system they have going is sucks.

I finally received my shoes back, that supposably repaired just, to get them half done. The glue they used was wearing off, they didn’t even bother to clean the access glue off. There isn’t no heart and sole in their work, more like excuses and unprofessionalism.
