RRG Custom Shutters

I, too, want to warn everyone NOT to use RRG Custom Shutter/​Shutters 4 less. We experienced the same thing that E.S. posted. We had 3 different shutter companies give us estimates and Eduardo from «RRG shutters» came and measured and gave us a very good price & stated that they would be completed in half the time the other shutters companies had estimated. So, we gave a 50% deposit and were given an invoice with «Shutter 4 less» on the top. Eduardo explained that Shutters for less was being bought by RRG Custom Shutters and they were just using up the last of the invoices. All the correspondences were done by email with the email address being:
with either Ramon Rojas or Ray Rojas sign off at the bottom. We then received an email that the Shutters would be delivered on July 10^th, then an email apologizing for a delay, moving the date to Sat. July 12^th, then the installation was moved to Monday July 14^th after 1:00pm. We waited and no one showed, so we email and called the number we had around 4:30pm with no response. We then received an email stated they would do the installment on Friday July 18^th after 1:00pm. We again waited and no one showed or called. I then went to Unilocal and saw E.S.‘s post and realized we had been scammed. When I saw the response from Chris from RRG and thought maybe they, too, were being scammed but after checking out both RRG Custom Shutter and Shutters 4 less website too many things cross over for them not to be related.
We have since called and emailed with no response. We have emailed a cancellation letter with a request to refund our money.
DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES.

As I posted with Custom Shutters 4 Less, this seems to be the same company as RRG. Raymond dropped off dropped off Swatches with RRG tags all over them. See my comment below.
«Raymond Rojas owner of Custom Shutters 4 Less is a thief. I gave him $ 600.00; 50% deposit on Nov ’13 for shutter. Intermittent text and promises on deliver and install. Nothing has been delivered nor installed.
Promised to give my money back since December and have not received it yet. No more response from him anymore. I’m in the process of reporting him BBB and taking him to court.»

My shutters look amazing! I called 3 other shutter companies and got the best price from RRG Custom Shutters. I was a little weary at first because the price was about ½ of what the others were! I got wood shutters installed at the end of August and they still look fantastic. Very impressed!
