It’s hard to decide where to start when writing a review because so many things are important to me. So I’ll start with his skills. Ryan is a very skilled artistic hairstylist. He knows proportion and beauty. I usually let him do whatever he wants because he knows my style and I trust him. I know I will have a great haircut and look pretty when he is done. He does great color work and repair/touch up. I took my friend to see him for her birthday to get a haircut. She needed a color adjustment. So Ryan touched it up. He didn’t do a full color, just like a quick blending in so she would look complete and beautiful. Ryan has skills to do whatever is trendy and classicly beautiful. He is fun to be around and you will quickly become his friend.

I’m not someone who particularly likes getting haircuts. My most common haircut is a #4 buzz cut that I let grow out until I need another buzz cut. It works for me and I have been keeping the status quo for years. When I came home for a week in summer I automatically called Ryan because my girlfriend had«requested» I get a haircut and I knew my standard buzz cut wasn’t going to meet her more demanding fashion requirements. Ryan hooked me up with a haircut that I loved and was so good that it’s now the picture I show my barber in San Francisco to get the cut I want. I grew up with Ryan and saw him destined to be more of a rock star than a hair stylist but looking back on it now I realize that it wasn’t his music skills that made me hypothesize about his future career it was his dedication and passion towards what he was doing and I’m proud to say that he brings that same passion and dedication to hair.
