Salon Centric

This place is great!
As soon as I walked in the store employee greeted me and told me the specials they have. I looked around unaware that they phased out TiGi copyright colour but the associate gave me something comparable that yielded good if not better results than what I was originally looking for.
As I was waiting in line I couldn’t help but over hear the conversation at the register and the associate was super kind and understanding to the customer’s class mix up. I’m not really in the Lemon Grove area but I will definitely stop my here if I am!

Great store! Always great customer service, however was a little bummed when they had a sign that said buy 2 things of color get a sample of the Lightner. I had purchased 6 of them only for the manager to say they did not have the product in just yet she didn’t know why the sign was up

Went in to salon centric for the first time because I normally shop at Armstrong McCall. This place rocks! The lady helping me had a coppery ombré (wish I got her name) but she was really helpful with helping me find the things I needed. I also found both ladies working there to be super friendly and knowledgable. I will definitely come back. This place is better than armstrongs, I wished that they carried. Few different color lines (paul Mitchell, wella, and goldwell) but aside from that, this place has good prices, it’s nice clean and neat, and friendly staff. When I find my receipt with her name ill edit my post. Thanks again ladies! I could have stayed all day hanging out with them ;)

SO I have been going to the Jackman Drive Mally’s for my products. The manager left to have a baby (Sharon). Now all you get is unfriendly help. So as I was searching for a closer Mally’s to my house besides the Hillcrest one that is hard to find parking. I mean TERRIBLE.
I saw that they stuck one next to the Sally’s by the 24 Hour fitness.
So my review is based on this. The other two in San Diego are terrible.
This one is GREAT. it is small but it has all I need. The one gal I have seen there is so sweet and helpful. She doesn’t just ask if she can help you. she genuinely seems like she wants to help you. she makes conversation about what you do and not in an intrusive way like she thinks you may steal or something. more like hey are you going to be coming here and can we carry something you need etc etc.
I am really hopeful now that I have replaced the other store with the great service here. Only downfall which is minor and not worth dinging star is that the hours are sort of strange Monday and wed have different hours than Tuesday and Thursday. but just by a half hour. so as long as you can keep up with that all is good.
