Professional and has fair pricing. I had Sam over for a few bids on windows replacement. I did not get a chance to see his actual work which is why I only gave a 4 star. I went with other referred contractors. One of them was a huge mistake where I wished I could have had Sam do the job. The other was on vacation during that period and now he’s back. The lesson here is not all referrals from friends and colleagues always pan out.
