San Diego Pawn has some of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever encountered in a pawn shop, and trust me when I say I have been in a lot of them. They were completely transparent in the way they asses the value of the items I had to pawn and how they decide how much they can loan or purchase them for. They offered me a 1 year loan on my item and ZERO % interest for the first 30 days which is amazing!!! They are open everyday and have great selections on all kinds of items as well! I highly Recommend them San Diego Pawn and will continue to purchase quality items from them or use them in the future should I need another loan.

I wouldnt have put any stars but they wouldnt let me. I call and ask if I can make a payment over the phone… the girl says yes… I go and put my last 40 on my card and call back not only to hear that they do not take any payments over the phone but that they might not even take my card!!!
On top of that the Manager Tony was a jerk. Im explaining how His employee gave me false information and now i can’t make a payment?
He says” Shes new… let me call her… he comes back… im going to back my employee and say she didnt tell you that!!! WTF? Really… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… So now I am praying my item wont be gone by tomorrow and I can pay it tommorrow because I have money sitting on a card that I can’t get a refund for…
Did I mention this was my last 40 until tomorrow on payday? this is so frusterating. All I asked was for the guy to hold the guitar until tomorrow and he said he cant? y ur employee was wrong… wtf… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never refer anyone here again.

Worst pawn shop EVER!!! I have been a customer here for years and went to get a loan on something I had there a week previous and every time I took this certain item in they would give me fifty dollars LESS THAN THE TIME BEFORE!!! So this time I went down the street to another pawn shop and got triple what these guys offered me!!! haha

This place is a rip off. They sell stuff on Amazon and ship it in stolen boxes from the USPS. That is, they ship items Media Mail and wrap the Priority Mail box inside a brown bag. They got caught by the Post Master and I had to fork over money to but the box or risk the item being returned to the shipper and have to wait more time. Trying to work it with the guys, but dismal response. Buyer beware.
