I won’t be renting from a property managed by SDP in the future.
Meh is exactly how I’d describe this property management. I’m sure there are worse companies, but this one seems below average. Nothing can get accomplished easily with SDP, and the team acted as if I was putting them out with any inquiries I had.
When I did have maintenance issues, SDP was absolutely inflexible about times to fix anything. Coming home in the middle of my work to be present is not an option for me, but SDP forces you to be in your home if you want any help — never mind that 2:00 pm is a difficult time for most who work or are students. Past management companies only required consent for maintenance to enter your premises, which would have been nice to have.

Three days before Thanksgiving our oven stopped working. We were worried that we would not be able to cook our family dinner on the big holiday. We put in a request online Monday morning and had a new oven in our kitchen by Tuesday. Any time we have ever had a problem with anything with our unit SD Premier Property Management takes care of it swiftly. They do a great job.

Highly recommended. Salvatore and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. I hired them to manage my rental property in San Diego, and then later to sell the property.
