San Diego Property Management

I had been living in one of their apartments for almost two years. I loved that placed and management was always friendly and accommodating.
Their reimbursements are fair and timely as well, even under unusual circumstances. I would rent again under this company if given the opportunity.

I moved in with SDPM in August 2010, and just moved out at the end of February 2014. I very much enjoyed my apartment and my time with the company. Rent was appropriate and reasonable, and my landlords communicated with me very well.
I moved in under Josh and moved out under Dana following Josh’s promotion. Both were fair, courteous and prompt in addressing many issues over the years. In two different instances, I had a broken window and faulty garbage disposal each fixed within 24 hours. No waiting; no fuss. Tough to ask for more.
Upon move-​out, I attempted to clean nothing and left the whole job to SDPM’s cleaning crew so it would be up to their standards (an approach I HIGHLY recommend). I found their charges totally reasonable and I had the remainder of my deposit returned promptly.
I’ve moved out of San Diego, but if I moved back, I would absolutely rent with San Diego Prop. Management again.

If you want a property management company that really cares about you and makes sure that your living experiences in one of their rental units is an excellent one, then rent from San Diego Property Management.
Josh is my property manager and he is AMAZING. Whenever I leave him a voice message or email about an issue in my apartment, he contacts me quickly or less than 24 hours. Josh never ignores messages and he never leaves me or my roommate waiting.
If SD Property Management needs to enter my apartment (for example, for repairs), they will contact me first for permission before entering. I have heard other landlords and property managers will intrude in tenant’s places without notice; however, SD Property Management will ask first.
Whenever I need something fix, Josh will have a repair guy over on the same day or the next day. Josh is good at having a repair guy out to my apartment immediately whenever we need a repair. The repair guys that work with SD Property Management are so friendly, and they do an excellent job of fixing parts around the apartment.
A month ago, my former roommate put in his 30 day notice to move out because he was moving out of the country. Josh was patient with me on making a discussion if I would move out or find a roommate. He also offered his help any way he can if I needed assistance in figuring out my living situation. In the end result, I decided to look for another roommate because A.) I love the apartment I live in and B.) I wanted Josh to remain as my property manager cuz he ROCKS!
