This is the first time we have tried a container service for a move and it was very convenient and their team was excellent. The primary employee that managed our move was Paul. Once the order was place by the office staff, Paul called to followup and coordinate the drop off time. Later when we had the container moved to our new home, it was Paul again, who called to make sure we coordinated a convenient day and time. He was EXCELLENT on both visits. We did all the packing over a 3 week period, then had the container delivered to our new address. Paul was AMAZING at operating the truck and placing the container just where we wanted it at both homes. He was also excellent about explaining the best way to pack the container so as not to have «shifting» during the moving process. We are now slowly unpacking the container and everything looks fine. If there does end up being any breakage, it’s because we probably didn’t pack good enough! I would definitely recommend using this company if you need a container or temporary storage. We are very happy with the process and their pricing is competitive and their containers are very clean.
