I work inside the same building, so it’s very convenient to grab snacks/food. The prices are cheap and the people are nice. My husband makes me grab a cookie from there after we eat out, so that’s what I’m mostly known for when I go in. My favorite burger there is the terriburger. Give it a try.

This place is great! Always fresh and made to order. Fast and super friendly service and it sure does beat going to the cafeteria across mira mesa blvd.

YUMYUMYUM!!! This place is so great. They are always so friendly. They ALWAYS get my order right(even when I make it complicated), and they are fast and inexpensive. There is a serious shortage of quality establishments in the Mira Mesa area but this place is a complete stand out. Everyone watch what they’re doing because they’re getting it right in every way. Keep up the good work guys! I’ll be back soon! If you’re looking for a great deli or sandwich place then you have to check this place out. You’ll be hooked!

Love, love, love this place! The Sandwich House is the epitome of simplicity at its best. The bread and rolls are the freshest that I’ve ever had. The service is incredibly fast and very friendly. All this PLUS great prices will keep me coming back again and again. I can’t wait to try their breakfast sandwich!

A cute little sandwich shop inside of a business building. Kind of difficult to find the first time since its not blatantly obvious but its one of those jewels you find in Sorrento Valley. Ive tried the Ortega roast beef and Jimmy’s special so far. Both were pretty good! Theyre simple sandwiches. Kind of like what your mum made you in your packed lunches as a kid. It is a bit pricier than I’d like, but the overall atmosphere is nice. Theres Dirty chips! And drinks and a bunch of other stuff. Almost convenience store-esque. The owners are super nice too :) love em. I hope to become a regular!

Work nearby and only head there to grab a quick sandwich. The quality is low but on the positive side, I have not gotten sick there. The term in the office is the mediocrity deli.

My new local sandwich joint. Tried this one after a meh experience down the street. The people are nice, sandwiches, salads, and wraps are all good. Price is reasonable, portions are good. I’m a fan!

This place is inside the Mission Federal Credit Union corporate building. They have been here forever. Always great service and consistent food. They have a fantastic breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito that you can split with someone. Note that the parking can be sketchy and there are very few seats inside. This is a place that I would get the food to go. If you work in the area, this is a solid place to grab a sandwich or salad.

Like the sandwiches and veggie stick bowl. Price is very reasonable. Try their pastrami with added avocado. It’s pretty good.

Afforadable sandwiches. I work by the Croutons in Sorrento Valley, but I will drive the minute to go over here. Sometimes you just want a old fashion cold sandwich that is not a footlong. Great service and thhey don’t skimp on the meat either. So many choices, it took me awhile to figure out what I want to. Definitely my new go to for lunch.

This deli is always on point. I usually call my order in for pickup and its always ready by the time I walk down. The employees are always very friendly and the service is quick. Their food is always fresh. They always have fresh fruit bowls and salads. You can always call in to see what the soup of the day is… This place is extreamly convienient. I’ve had their breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches… very TASTY!

Sandwich House lost a previously loyal customer today. The man behind the counter needs to learn customer service lessons. Insulting the customer is no way to do business in the new era.

This deli is located in the Mission Federal Credit Union corporate office building, on Oberlin Drive. For a small deli, I am actually pretty impressed with the sandwich selection. There are about 30 different types of sandwiches, ranging from vegetarian paninis to triple-decker roast beef and pastrami sandwiches. The bread is always fresh, and they don’t skimp on ingredients. Sandwich prices range from $ 4.35−5.50, which is fair in my opinion. Other selections include 3 – 4 types of pre-made salads, sushi, fruit bowls, candy, nuts, chips, etc… they have a pretty stocked cooler with most types of sodas, energy drinks, juice, and water. They serve breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches for around $ 2.50−3.00. I did try a breakfast burrito once and thought it was bland. The same ladies run it every day, and they are very sweet and move quickly. Deli is open from 7 am-3 pm daily.

the sandwich house offers. haha. sandwiches. they got me with their jalapeño chicken sandwich — which comes with grilled chicken breast, avocado, jack cheese, and the typical greens, reds, and mayo sauce on toasted wheat bread. of course it’s also loaded with jalapenos. they’re somewhat expensive for what they have to offer, but i come here because it’s local, the staff is friendly, and it forces me to walk. everything comes in a brown paper bag — nice if you want to sit and eat on the grass, etc.

There are few choices in this part of Sorrento Valley when you have a half hour lunch. I basically work in the area and this place, while not cheap, has satisfied me. Your typical deli fare, much like the location on Sorrento Valley. Sandwiches are numbered and are available on rye, sourdough, wheat, white, or French Roll. There’s always a daily soup special. Decent and gets the job done but nothing that will knock your socks off. The staff is always friendly and in a good mood. Strictly cash only but there is an ATM in the front of Mission Federal CU.
