Grungy little spot. The place is messy and smells like something is spoiled but it’s awfully convenient. The prices aren’t too high and it’s a great place to stop by if you just need to pickup eggs, milk, or any other small grocery to complete your meal. If you need something small quickly, this is for you! Just make sure you’re picking them up for immediate use because they spoil quickly, whether it be produce or meats.

This is a cramped little tienda in the same strip mall with Trang’s Seafood, Café Dore, and the Oaxacan tamale cart. They sell everything. From frozen fish to bulk bags of habanero chiles to money orders to plumbing supplies, Savers 99 Cents has set out to ensure that once you’re inside, you’re going to buy something. It’s not a destination shopping spot, by any means, but it will serve when you need something and you’re here already. ****************************** Trang’s Seafood Market( ) Café Dore( ) Tamales Oaxaquenos(

This is a small little grocery store, I often feel claustrophobic! To me its a bit unorganized and there’s miscellaneous items everywhere– no organization to the aisle at all but I guess its okay cause they’re still in business! I only come here to purchase money orders over $ 1000 and the fee is only $ 0.75 which is a pretty darn good deal — the customer service I receive here with each visit is amazing! People are always smiling and everyone seems like they’re having an awesome day! I like that spirit. There’s also a Tamale lady right outside the entrance that I go to as well, BOMBTAMALES! Chicken, Beef, Pork; Whatever you like, she got. Parking can be hectic in the parking lot but there’s also street parking too if you dare! I think those are a bit dangerous though ’cause traffic can be outrageous on University and people can’t see you backing up! Oh yeah, the name of the store on here is incorrect– how do you fix that?

They call this place savers 98 cents but everything in this store is atleast $ 1.49 then + tax This place is very disgusting. They have food stands/boxes outside which attract flies and other bugs, and everyone touching the food after then just sneezed in there hand its gross Ive gone there a few times then realized that They have expired food thats why they sell it for cheap. Some of the food is over a year expired. There lunch meat it all watery and yellow. The only good thing is probally there eggs and soda. After they close up there store they dont bother cleaning up the outside of the store. I WILLNEVERGOTHERETOGETFOODAGAINNOTEVENFORDOGFOOD Also it is a check cashing place and they charge $ 2 to cash a check/pull money off your EBT/Bank card and they do accept credit cards But that as well is a hassle. When you get in line to check out after the lady rings you up wheather its a EBT or credit card you have to go to the check cashing window with your recipt to pay for it there, then some days you can do it right then and there at the check out counter Also the people there are rude and dont have any customer service skills I do not reccomend this place for food. Unless you want to get sick. This store is unacceptable selling rotten expired food
