We unfortunately had a bad experience with Paul and his team. They are very friendly and nice but there were numerous mistakes and communication problems. We hired Paul to help us select exterior paint colors for our house. We specifically told him we do not want any green undertones and he guided us to select a greyish– olive green. We asked you about the ‘olive green’ description on the Ben Moore web site and he assured us ‘not to trust the website color’ and that, ‘it is not green at all’ This resulted in a $ 1500 cost of painting half of our house and our contractor, another designer and my husband and I agreeing, the color is totally olive green (as the Ben Moore website claimed).
We also had problems receiving the correct information in the first place via email and from his assistant who could not read his handwriting and sent us the incorrect color chart. We asked for a refund of our $ 300 consultation fee and have not heard a word from them. :(

I absolutely love this place and their staff! If you are looking for unique, one-​of-​a-​kind design ideas or gifts, you need to treat yourself and stop by their showroom.

Elegant and fun, with a touch of old elementary school style (mapamundi, vintage atlas, school gear) and ooooh those pretty butterflies to uplift the mood. The owner himself is like a humanized version of Tintin, the adventurous kid of my childhood cartoons in Europe. Even if there was no Milou around, the staging and décor I saw at an event where Scout was showcasing their interior decoration skills reminded me all those good times and created a cheerful atmosphere.

OMG, LOVE this place. Fabulous design ideas as well as a great place to pick up a gift. I went there for the Farrow & Ball paint and got terribly sidetracked! But in a good way. A must visit!
