Dr Doug Roche is fantastic. He’s pretty much kept me in one piece for the last 8 years. Convenient location just off the fwy in Mira Mesa, and always able to work me into their schedule. Highly recommend!

I have been going to the same chiropractor for 13 years, and was very nervous to go to someone new. I was so impressed with this office though. It’s amazing how much new technology and methods have come along since I first started seeing a chiropractor. The doctor is great, and gets the job done… I felt like a new person within a couple of hours. Highly recommended.

Pro: Doug knows what he is doing and you feel that way too.
Con: A bit far from the freeway.
Been coming here for about 3 years now to get ‘cracked’. I swear this place is probably the only reason I am still upright from my computer happy work and children bouncing on my spine. I have a lot of clients in the field of chiropractic work, I picked Doug because he won’t sugar coat things, where some chiro I don’t like how they push products on their customers like crazy.
The usual drill is the back roller for 5 to 10 minutes, massage for another few then the final deed at the end. Their schedule is fairly flexible, if you want a gentler and more detail touch, there is another young Chiropractic in practice here, mostly on Thursdays.
