Fantastic boot camp! Great for all levels beginner to advanced. Every week it’s something new providing a good shock to the body. I also like the locations these boot camps are at. I really enjoy Saturday’s on the Bay.

I’ve done small group training with SD Flexx over the last several months and it is awesome! Adrielle, the owner, is fantastic at motivating clients and coming up with new ways to keep us working hard without getting bored. The small group setting is perfect because it’s designed in a way that can be challenging for all different fitness levels so my husband and I can both get a good workout at the same time, even though he’s in way better shape. But I’m catching up… since I’ve been going I definitely have lost a couple pounds but more importantly I feel stronger and overall healthier. I highly recommended SD Flexx!

I participated in a SD Flexx boot camp this past Saturday. I’ve tried a couple different boot camps around the city and this was by far the best one. Adrielle’s style was right up my alley. The hour was full of a variety of exercises that were done in circuit form. It was well balanced, not too strenuous, but still challenging. We even performed some Tabata training which was a new to me! I really enjoyed this style because the intervals are short, but you are getting a great workout! Plus, it goes by really fast. I was definitely sore the next day, but it was the«good kind of sore». As a soccer player, I feel as though this is a perfect workout to help build strength and prevent injuries. It is a nice balance to such a high impact sport. Overall, I felt that Adrielle was extremely motivating and friendly. I appreciated her comments and tips throughout. She pays attention to everyone’s forms so as to get full benefit from the exercise with no injury. I highly recommend SD Flexx boot camp and can’t wait to go again!

I LOVE this bootcamp! I use to do bootcamps every Monday and Wednesday when I lived in Maine and haven’t quite gotten back into it since I moved to California. This class is soo much fun and so challenging! Not too much cardio– which I hate lol– but a lot of body-weighted and light weighted exercises. Adrielle hosts a great combination of exercises that will keep your heart rate up and leave you sweating! Adrielle is so fun and motivating! I freaking love it! I like the fact that it is outdoors in the nice San Diego sun right near the breeze from the bay. It’s beautiful. It’s also so confidence building doing a workout in the middle of the park with so many people around. I like the small group that she has, that pushed through and worked really hard through it. The class is so organized and timely. We start right at 11:30 and end at 12:30. I LOVE coming to this class every Saturday! Definitely a class I plan to keep implementing! When you come, bring a friend! It helps to push each other harder. I have been getting so much stronger and pushing so much harder with each class! Thanks Adrielle! =)
