We drove all the way out here to come to this store and arrived 30 minutes after they opened and no one was there. Punctuality is important but this business has none.

I bought a rug for the living room here last fall, and it’s awesome. It’s a thick, creamy white shag rug, and even though it’s in a high traffic area and my dog spends half her life rubbing her face against it (yeah, it’s that soft), it still looks brand new. I vacuum it several times a week and I’ve never seen any pilling or shedding or «fuzzing». I went back in recently to get another one for the bedroom, and I’m really happy with the new rug, too.
Sheik is a nice guy: straightforward and funny. And he’s more than willing to haggle… which, honestly, is part of the fun.
I’m already trying to figure out where else I can put another rug. I’m sure I’ll be back soon!

You ever get overwhelmed when you walk into a Forever 21 store? well. that’s how I felt when I walked in here… just instead of a great wall of clothes… it’s all RUGS… prices are ehhhh… gonna hit up swap meet

We bought our rug here and turns out its awful quality. It is shedding like crazy and we went back to talk to the guy. He never even acknowledged the fact that we had a complaint and we only got the rug 2 weeks ago. We asked if we could exchange it for a better one so its not shedding all over the house and he said he cant do anything. I would not suggest not going to this place and avoiding the headache of getting poor quality stuff

I stopped in here for a rug along many other stops and I was greeted with the best service anywhere down Miramar Road. He really knew what he was talking about and made great suggestions based on my house style and colors in my rooms. Thanks for your help. I will definitely refer friends and family here.
