Seven Oaks Community

I initially thought when I got this job that it was everything and much more but to be honest with you Seven Oaks is not a good place with good management and the board members hold all the power like me and my coworker’s, hours were reduced, Because the members. We we’re always working and there’s little that needs to be maintained. Old folks aren’t messy so you’ll be bored the entire time there. but seven oaks thinks because they offer medical percent paid for. They think its the wolrds most amazing thing ever. but i assure you. you’ll be playing survivor the entire time trying to working here. Theres two people working there that’ll set you up to get fired. But while your working there. I garentee that you’ll feel like a boss. Because management doesn’t come out of the office. Not even a little bit. One more reminder, you’ll never get over 72 hours on your check. And completely no overtime is never ever given out. To everybody out there, this job is completely rotten Tomatoes and attempting to work here will be the worst decision you’ll make in your life, besides not having a 401k. ever in your life.
