I stayed here for one night and it was very nice! The person at the check in desk was very friendly. The room was nice, clean, and had a beautiful view of the harbor and downtown. It was very peaceful during a very personal stressful time. I had no problems the entire time I was there.

Stayed here for one night. I reserved a king room but upon check-in was told I had been switched to a room with two double beds. Not a problem as I was here alone. The lady at the front desk asked, «Are you mad at me? You seem mad.» I gave no reason for her to make this assumption, as I was very easy going with the switch, but this comment annoyed me. The room itself was a hike away from the lobby. I literally was given a printed map with instructions drawn on as to how to get to my room, which was in a detached, outdoor, motel-style part of the complex. The room was clean upon arrival, no complaints there. The bathroom was tiny, too small to maneuver in without closing the door. There were no accessible outlets next to the beds. I had to move a large nightstand away from the wall in order to plug in my chargers. Again, not a huge deal, but a little more attention to detail would have been nice here. Checkout is at noon, which is nice. I was able to come back from and early meeting and pack out my room without being rushed. During this time(10am) a staff-member with a gasoline powered leaf blower came to clear the hallway outside the block of rooms. The smell of gas and the sound of the engine were inconsiderate at best, especially for 10am. I’m just glad I was already up at this point! An elevator also got stuck with people on it. They were stuck at the Lobby level and had a crack of an opening. When I asked if they were okay they said people were aware of the situation. No hotel/maintenance staff was present when I was there. The valet was a bright spot in a rather dull experience. They let me park curbside for 30min without truly«valeting» the car. Definite courtesy.
