This is a sub-standard company, that does not know the meaning of customer service. My armrest’s failed and Rose gave me a bunch of crap when I tried to get a set of replacements under warranty. She emailed me a link that she said would only be available for 24 hrs. Now how«Stupid» is that. no one else is going to see and use that link. That in itself has a stink to it. Then she said it looked like the armrest’s were struck by wood(I had to send a picture showing the damage, «more or less she was making me jump through a hoop»), this idiot did not realize the wood edging on the drafting table in the background would not have caused the damage to the“INSIDE” of the armrest’s.moron. «Avoid» this company like the plague, once they have your money, you are crap to them(IMHO). I am surprised they are still in business. I hope every business you deal with Sitbetter(and Rose), treat«you» like you treat your customers. Karma

Wow, this place has a horrible return policies. I purchased a chair which was very uncomfortable, I returned it for a restocking fee of 25%. If you do not know what the chair feels like, do not buy it here as it will cost you money if you plan to return it. BUYERSBEWAREFORTHISHORRIBLERETURNPOLICY.
