SKECHERS Factory Outlet

I really like this Skechers outlet. They are very organized and always have such a huge variety of styles and large amount of each size. I have never had a problem at this location, I did notice a security guard at the entrance of the store, they must have had problems to start that.
Found some awesome suede ankle flat boots in the clearance rack, I’m a happy girl. My parents did the BOGO 50% off deal and bought some new shoes.

First off tibet that was your fault for losing your own slippers or chanclas whatever it was common man think a little, and to demand store to check cameras. For what??? it is not like you would have gotten your stuff back even if you saw what happened. in the past years returns or exchanges have been a hassle. but just days ago they processed an exchange i had to do with no issues. as a matter of fact the guy helping me did a great job on trying to find my size. i think he was the manager he was very helpful and gave me no hassle. all staff were helpful.

The staff here was really friendly and we were able to find what we needed. The gentleman who helped us, took the time to measure my husband’s feet to make sure we were looking at the right size. The line to purchase was a bit long and the location was a bit hidden to even find the store. Ample parking though, despite crazy drivers mucking up the place. I would rate it a 3.5. Almost a 4, but not quite.

Friendly and helpful describes this store’s employees. Pleasant to do business with. I wear a larger size for a woman and it was nice to see I had more choices than I usually get at a shoe store.

Never thought I would feel claustrophobic by shoes but walking in here the smell and the site of wall to wall shoes, it was so daunting and stressful I actually started to hyperventilate and when I found someone to ask questions to about a specific shoe design, she had to ask someone else. No one knew. Shoes not discontinued yet but no one knew about them. So forget it, won’t come back here. Lots of shoes but definitely not my style. :-(

Came here to buy a couple pairs of shoes and as always they have a good promotion running. I walked around a bit and was quickly greeted by Luis who asked if there was anything he could do to help… I told him I was browsing and he said to let him know if I needed anything. After finding a couple pair I liked I turned around and Luis was down one of the aisle and he quickly acknowledged I needed help without me even having to say so… purchased the shoes and the line moves a bit slow would be better if they had another cashier but still the cashier was friendly so it was ok.

This store is horrible. HORRIBLE. The store is huge and only has one cashier (which happened to be the shift manager as well) and a girl walking around, greeting, and ONLY greeting. I went yesterday to purchase some running shoes for my kid brother and so went ahead and asked the cashier where the kids athletic shoes were. He seemed very confused, and even said «we don’t have running shoes» I laughed and said «what do you mean?» he just ignored me and walked away.
So I walk to the kids department, find what I’m looking for, but not the size. I see the young lady walking around, coming my way. As I was about to ask her if they had a bigger size, SHE STOPS WALKING, TURNS AROUND, AND WALKS AWAY! So I follow her, all the way to the entrance of the store. She turns and faces me, she has no other place to run to, and said «can I help you?» I ask for a bigger size, she snatches the shoe from me, checks in the monitor, comes back, hands me the shoe and just says «no» .
So, I walk out of the store, walk across the walkway, into New Balance, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
Obviously SKETCHERS doesn’t want your business nor consumerism. I suggest walking to another shoe store, where they have the decency of greeting you, helping you, and creating a positive atmosphere for you.
SKETCHERS shame on you.

Pretty happy with a purchase I made here last night. I found a pair of shoes there last week that I really liked, then decided to hold off and not spend the money… but after a week of shopping elsewhere and finding nothing I liked better, I returned to the Las Americas Outlets and swung through again and got them. Turns out that they had the style I liked in black and brown, and the sale was buy-​one-​get-​one-​half-​off. I ended up spending $ 29.95 per pair (total) and brought them home. On the computer later, I was chatting with a friend and trying to describe them to him… so I Google searched for them, and found them online, for $ 126.00 per pair. Can’t beat spending $ 60 and getting over $ 250 worth of shoes… Score! I’ll be checking this store out the next time I need shoes, for sure…
