I highly recommend this company to anyone. They were honest, on time, helpful and a real pleasure to work with. They removed our 1980’s railing and installed a beautiful modern wood & steel railing in its place. Our job was not easy as it was five stories tall. It turned out exactly as we hoped. We feel that each person that helped us with our design and through the project was an expert. John, Ray and our craftsman, Michael were all professional and highly skilled in their fields. We recently had a complete stair remodel done at our house in Penasquitos. We happened upon Skyhook Stairbuilders at Dixieline, through their kiosk. We had no idea how custom this build would be and found out what incredible craftsmen Skyhook has working with them! The entire coordination from estimate to completion was organized, communicated constantly and was so professional, we will recommend this company to anyone who has a stair project they want done. The quality of work is impeccable and they have true craftsmen working for them, which is so appreciated. Every one of them takes pride in their work and care for the project as if it were going in their own home. Nice, friendly people, considerate, clean and respectful of your surroundings at all times. Wow is all I can say… From start to finish they took care of everything. We live in a 10 year old track home, nice but just like everyone else’s. Skyhook installed a beautiful wrought iron staircase that has transformed my entry way into a custom home. Even my husband could not believe the difference it made. Not only is it beautiful, but I am confident it added value to our home. Every person on the job was respectful and courteous to my kids and pets. I had them come to my house to redo my staircase which turned out great. I was very happy with the end results and it made a huge difference when you walked into my house. The employees were courteous and professional. My stairs were completed in a timely manner and they made sure they cleaned up after themselves and didn’t leave me with a mess.
