Solstice Sunglasses

Horrible customer service! Never going back !
Worst shopping experience ! The girls there were not professional ! One was on the cell phone chatting with a friend!

Bought Hugo Boss sunglasses from Jason, and he was the absolute best. I bought them month or two ago but I went back in to get an adjustment and sure enough Jason remembered me, asked how I was doing and made me feel at home. An unbelievable employee, keep that guy.

Went to Solstice after spending a good 45 minutes waiting for someone to help me at the Sunglass Hut at Macys. Granted it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving but I was hoping for so much more from Macys.
Anyway, my husband and I decided to go to Solstice looking for the «Joan» sunglasses by Tom Ford. I went to Macy’s because they advertised the «Friends & Family» sale which sounded awesome. The sunglasses are $ 405. Come to find out, Tom Ford was not included int he sale at Macys and they didn’t carry the sunglasses I was looking for.
So we walk into Solstice just to see if they even carry the style. Lo and behold they did! Not only did they carry the style it was on sale for 30% off!
Jason Holms and another associate greeted my husband and I warmly. They encouraged us to come in and take a look and stated their fabulous sale. He was not overbearing and pushy but urged us to try on any sunglasses we would like. Jason was awesome and friendly and once we decided on a pair, he told us the discounted price and packaged our purchase very nicely.
Thanks Jason. I will definitely return!
