Sparkleen Cleaning Services

I used Sparkleen Nov 2014, and they went beyond my expectations and helped make the cleaning part of my move-​out the easiest and least stressful aspect of my whole move! Veronica was extremely easy to work with and arranged her schedule to fit me in last minute. She worked very hard in my one-​bed, one-​bath apartment until everything was VERY clean (probably longer than she had intended. Sorry, Veronica!) I mean, my kitchen and bathroom looked so good I almost hated I was moving, or at the very least, wished I had had her come in for a deep clean while I was living there. My landlord is very particular, and even he was impressed! I also trusted her and felt very comfortable leaving my place while she was working, something that I don’t normally do. Thank you! I would definitely recommend and use them again.

This is long overdue and much deserved.
Not only did the lovely people at Sparkleen leave my house move-​out ready clean, but they did it on short notice, at a very reasonable and competitive price, and with a calm, competent efficiency that completely put me at ease during the stress of moving.
My house was really messy as I’d let the housework slide in the process of moving, but they were superfast and completely nonjudgemental, the house was cleaner than when I moved into it in a jiffy.
I’m so grateful to the wonderful folks at Sparkleen for their wonderful service. They really helped me out in a jam exactly when I needed it, and they didn’t take advantage of my position by gouging me for their service. Not only was my house as good as new, but unlike their competitors (I called every agency in greater San Diego) the Sparkleen crew really went above and beyond in excellent customer service, flexibility, and neighborly kindness.
Can’t thank them enough!

She called me at 12 noon today (5 hrs before she is supposed to come clean) saying exactly this:
«Hey I didn’t realize today was a holiday, so I’m not gonna come.»
In other words, «f**k you first time client, today is a holiday and I just remembered that I don’t have to work today, yay for me, sucks for you.»
Thats all fine and dandee, but I have a tenant moving in tmrw & thats why I relied on her when the appt was set. When I told her I’m gonna give her a bad review, she said it’s «not fair that you write a review about a service you never had,» to which I replied a service is not about cleaning alone, its about an experience from beginning to end, from the moment I call her.
She’s unprofessional, unreliable, and entitled to make her own appointments and cancellations depending on whether she wants to take a vacation or not. Nothing against taking holidays, but definitely not ok when you don’t honor your word/​clients/​appts.
I wonder why Veronica thanked everyone for their positive reviews, but has nothing to say to defend herself with this review? Because she knows her actions were unprofessional and she proved to be unreliable

. They were not the cheapest option but by far themost flexible on dates and times.
Veronica was great and thorough and the job was done quickly but not at the loss of quality. I will definitely use them again as a regular service.

I’ve used them several times and am really happy with their work. They are on time and do a wonderful job! I would recommend their cleaning and window cleaning services and I continue using them on a regular basis!

Pleasant couple that is trustworthy and dependable. I always look forward to seeing them because I know my house is in good hands!
